First off; SPOILERS
I don't want to accidentally ruin this book for you. The Fault in Our Stars should be enjoyed, so accidentally finding out a part of the plot would stink.
I've never read any romance novels, cancer books, or anything like this before, so this plot line was new to me. Hazel and Augustus were awesome. Just awesome.
I have a few questions for you guys, and I wanted to have a thread so that we can talk about an awesome book without worrying about spoiling it for anyone.
1) Who was your favorite character?
2) What was your favorite part?
3) What was your least favorite part?
4) Did you figure out that Gus was much more ill then he let on before he told Hazel?
5) Did you enjoy this book?
6) Did you cry?
7) Will you see the movie?
8) Do you think Hazel lived to be an adult, or do you think she died after the end of this book?
Here are my answers;
1) Who was your favorite character?
Its a tie between Hazel and Gus, because they each have their own qualities that are kinda cute.
2) What was your favorite part?
I loved when they had dinner together in Amsterdam, and I also really liked when Hazel, Gus, and Isaac egged Monica's car

3) What was your least favorite part?
Augustus' funeral. No contest there. That also includes when Peter Van Hueten came to the funeral and Hazel was ticked off with him.
4) Did you figure out that Gus was much more ill then he let on before he told Hazel?
When Hazel and her mom went to pick up Gus at his house to bring him to the air port, and they heard crying and yelling, I started to figure it out. After that, when they went to Anne Frank's house I figured it out. I didn't think it was a serious as it was though >.<
5) Did you enjoy this book?
Oh my goodness yes. This was one of the most beautiful books I've ever read.
6) Did you cry?
A little. I finished the book yesterday, and once it really hits me, I will cry much more- just not yet.
7) Will you see the movie?
I want to go with my aunt this weekend, but I have no idea if it'll work out. It looks as good as the book.
8) Do you think Hazel lived to be an adult, or do you think she died after the end of this book?
As much as I hate to say it, she probably died soon after. That medicine wouldn't last forever, and she was in a pretty bad state during most of the book.
I hope you guys loved this book as much as I did!
