The weather reports are starting to scare me! I am hoping and praying for good weather on our cruise. We've been dreaming of this cruise for most of the year, I hope nothing gets in the way of our family having a blast!

False alarm -- someone posted on the regular cruise board that the Oct 20 Fantasy cruise will be returning to port Canaveral a day late. acckkk! They corrected themselves. whew. The official web site has mentioned changes for the Dream, but said nothing about the Fantasy.

Hi All - Believe or not I booked this cruise from CO with only 48 hrs advanced notice. Thank goodness I'm a Disney Cruise veteran. I'm really sad to not have been involved with this great group from the start as I was the FE and scavenger hunt leader when we did the MR with the Wonder last Oct. It looks like this group is really organized and ALOT of fun!! I would like to involve my kids in the scavenger hunt so I will come to the Meet and Greet with a bag of candy and hope to be included. Here is our preliminary info if someone incharge would include us.

We continue to monitor Hurricane Sandy very closely as it moves through The Bahamas, passing just off the coast of Florida.

At this time, we are notifying Guests sailing on Saturday, October 27, 2012 Disney Fantasy cruise that there is the potential of a delay in the boarding process should the wind conditions prohibit the ship from safely navigating the channel in Port Canaveral on Saturday morning.

Guests sailing on the October 27, 2012 voyage are advised to check our website or call us at 1-866-858-7416 on Saturday morning for updates and port operation hours before traveling to Port Canaveral. Our next scheduled update will be posted by 9 a.m. EST on Saturday, October 27, 2012.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during any potential delay and look forward to welcoming you onboard.

Has anyone received their Grand Cayman port charges refunded yet? We booked with DVC and were told they would be applied the Friday following debarkation...but nothing ever came through...

Yes, the charge hit my credit card a couple of days after we got home. It's pretty small (about $25) and if I hadn't been looking for it I would have missed it.

We contacted DCL ,and they said nobody who booked through DVC using points would receive any port credits for missing Grand Cayman.

We got our refund last week on a gift card. $25 pp
It as all dvc points used for the cruise! Nice surprise!
