OK, so we are headed to Epcot for the EE. We thought, OK, after yesterday's EE disaster, we are going to make this one worthwhile (and we did!!). We get there before Epcot opens, get in cue and when they open we walk as fast as we can to Test Track. We basically walk right on (yeehaw, really loving this EE thing), and enjoy an AWESOME ride. The kids loved (and I thought, OK, they love "thrill" rides just don't like being made to feel "afraid", so I started really loving Test Track). We get off the ride (what a great exit with all the cars to see, etc.) and immediately grab a Fast Pass and while we wait we head over to the Energy Show. This was much cooler than I would have thought, though the one thing we weren't crazy about was the whole introduction about civilization, etc., coming from the Big Bang Theory, now before I get any negative responses to this, let me just say I'm not saying Disney should explain the Creation theory instead but rather just show the show as is, without announcing the Big Bang Theory, rather than offend people in either direction, IMHO, they could do the same show just fine without getting into beliefs, etc. That said, this show was cool, I never expected the theatre to move, etc., the dinosaurs seemed so real, etc. We really liked this. By the time we got out it was time to go back to Test Track. So, with our Fast Passes in hand, we got right on, again, this ride was so awesome. Then we did "Body Wars" (I don't usually feel "sick" on rides, but I was green after this one!!). We also did "The Making of Me" (yikes, didn't know exactly how detailed this would get, think my 10 year old was a little embarassed). Epcot is awesome, I think my favorite. We then began the walk around the countries. Had bites to eat in a few (Mexico, Germany). This was fabulous, my kids were amazed at it all. We took lots of pictures through this part. I love Colonial America, got some great shots of the boys at the "Kodak" spot (kudos to Disney and Kodak for thinking of these things). By the time we finished the countries we decided to try "Honey I Shrunk The Audience" (we were warned ahead of time by people about the kids maybe not liking it, but they said they wanted to try it). My 7 year old loved, the 10 year old took his glasses off really quick, he was not amused
I think after this we headed back to the hotel and rested and swam before we headed to MGM for our Fantasmic Dinner Package at Hollywood & Vine. Our PS's were for 5:10 and we enjoyed this place. Talk about an array of food. My little on loved the kids buffet with hot dogs and chicken nuggets, his favorites!! We all enjoyed the dessert buffet. Now, we have never done Fantasmic! before so I don't know the difference between waiting in line for a long time or having the Priority Seating Passes, but either way we loved having the passes. We arrived at 6:30 and got a great seat! This show was super. Then we followed the throngs of people to the buses and happily went back to POFQ for some much needed rest!
