Thanks for the pixie dust! I received an email from the district manager that my dress shipped to Orlando but I haven't seen a tracking number yet and I won't really believe it until I see the dress.

Thank you for the pixie dust! I really hope this all works out. i am at the point were I don't even care anymore. This whole ordeal has emotionaly exshausted me.
I called the store in Altamonte Springs today and of course the store manager knew nothing about me or my dress. I explained my situation and she was able to look me up in the computer and read the 4 pages of notes about my dress. Here seamstress is usually there on Tuesday so she was going to try to get in touch with her to see if she could come in on Monday to do the alterations on my dress. Hopefully she can but I am going to have to go there Monday and Tuesday because I don't think they will be able to turn it around as quickly as the Reno said they could especially with no warning. I am so irrated with the Alfred Angelo company right now and the fact that they are giving me the dress for free really doesn't even make it better at this point. Nobody seems to have a tracking number for the dress so I am not even sure if it is going to arrive on Monday. Additionally I am going to have to take at least a day out of my vacation to deal with the dress drama. I can't beleive that it has to be my responsibility to call the store here and get the alterations all arranged. AA knew they were sending the dress here on Thursday so I don't understand why they didn't contact the store here and make the arrangements for the alterations.
Enough with the negative here are the positive things that have happened since I have arrived at Disney
1. My room was upgraded from a gardenview to a lagoon view and we have a wonderful view of Sunset Point where we are getting married.
2. Disney was nice enough to send me a small bottle of champange which is currently making me feel better about the whole dress situation.

Ugh. I HATE ALFRED ANGELO!!!! I had horrible customer service from FOUR of their stores.

I hate to be Negative Nelly, but don't hold your breath on the Altamonte Springs store. They're the ones who ordered me the wrong version of the Cinderella dress.

Either way, the Cindy dress is beautiful (it was mine! ) and your wedding will be gorgeous.

I do hope that you send a complaint after this whole ordeals over to Alfred Angelo corporate, this is such a mega disaster,it needs to be barked up the chain IMHO

Jackie you looked beautiful in your dress. I have been reading your pj and the Major Domo was the best.
Was the train a hassle on your dress? I feel like the train is going to be too much for me. I think it a gorgoues dress and would be perfect if I was 25 but at 42 I think it is too much dress for me.
I am not holding my breath that my dress will even get here. Every time the dress is suppose to show up they have a new excuse. I just hope I can get alterations done on the cinderella dress because if I have to wear it I need it to bustle.

I am sending a letter when this whole thing is over. They have been very nice at the store but it doesn't seem like they ever get a straight answer from the warehouse and they don't really ever fix the proble. For example no one had contacted the store here so I still trying to get the arrangements made for alterations.

Major dress rant! It is 37 hours before my wedding and I still don't have my dress. I hate Alfred Angelo. I seriously think they are trying to push me over the edge. I went to pick up my dress today and when I got there the manager had just received an email saying that my dress wasn't arriving today. I think I went into shock. I was amazed I didn't start crying. She said the email said the dress was going to be here tomorrow and I said I wasn't holding my breath.
Since the store's seamstress is on vacation there is no one to do my alterations quickly. The Cinderella dress basically fits but I got a puffy undershirt so I don't have to have it hemmed.
On the drive back I came to terms with the fact that I wasn't going to get have my wedding dress. Then this afternoon I get a call from the store that my dress has shipped and this time they actually have a tracking number so the drama continues. We will see if it actually shows up tomorrow and what dress I am wearing Wednesday.

Oh my god, this is the most ridiculous thing I have EVER heard!!!! Seriously?!?!?! Seriously. This is the worst company EVER!!!!

I REALLY hope your dress comes in. And I can't wait to see pictures of your beautiful wedding day.

As for the train on Cindy: it really didn't bother me at all, and I thought it would. The bustle I had done was really simple (just a one tie) and it stayed put through a reception, dessert party, and an Epcot photoshoot. However, if you just want to cut it off, I don't think that would be a problem. For alterations, have you called Carolyn Allen's? I'll bet they could come to your room and help you out, ESPECIALLY if you explain the situation. And cry. And beg. And maybe have your wedding planner do the same.

I cannot believe your dress situation. That is horrible! I also have the Cinderella dress, but I ordered it from a local bridal shop, and this makes me so glad that I did. I hope things get straightened out fast and that you have a wonderful wedding day!

Today is my wedding day!!!
And I picked up my dress style 2166 at 5pm Tuesday evening
All is right in my world now. The dress fits pretty well. I am wearing a poofy underskirt thingy so I don't have to hem it and the bodice could be adjusted a little but it works. I am just so happy it is here and today is my wedding day!
I would like to thank everyone for all the pixie dust they sent my way
