I was initially entranced with the magic of our bands, I'm not going to lie. Now that the initial newness is gone, I'll think more wisely about the switching component.
Yeah - me too! I just hate that my phone is old and its hard to work the app simply because my phone is slow. I think when I upgrade it will be more fun to switch things around.
Wow, you were really racking up the DIS meets! Score!
Two DISmeets in under 24 hours. Gotta LOVE IT!

And they were both so impromptu. It was like the Disney gods were smiling on me.
Sorcerer's is on my agenda on an upcoming trip. I just get so distracted by....OH BRIGHT AND SHINY!

I know what you mean by distracted. I am the same way. Take advantage of the game while the novelty is still there. I swear, being around other people who were so enthusiastic about the game was rather infectious.
I enjoy Tony's. It's not my favorite restaurant, but I've always found it enjoyable every time we've gone.
Exactly. It can be mediocre, but its a fun dining experience because its based on such a Disney classic. Gotta love that!
OMG, love love love that redneck ride photo.

How funny!!!
That is one pathetic red neck ride photo so I am glad everyone finds it amusing.

I feel like I am barely recognizable.
Yay, our DIS meet!! It really was a mashup of perfect timing. Had Move It Shake It not been happening and we hadn't stopped to watch it, and y'all going to look at Sorcerers and peeking in the Barber Shop to be coming down that same side of Main Street, we probably would have just missed each other!! So great to see you & Denny.

!
There are so many factors that could have made us miss each other, so it is pretty cool that it worked out the way it did.

And its just so ironic that I was thinking about you at the exact moment. It's always so much fun to see a familiar DIS face!
QUOTE=khertz;50738894]Too bad our May dates don't line up, but there are plenty of Disney trips in store for both of us, I'm sure!![/QUOTE]
I know. I have a lot of near misses for May, which is such a bummer. But you're right, there are plenty more trips on the horizon.
The thing I love about your photography is how you don't just take pictures of the full buildings or landscapes, you zoom in on those details that I'm sure a lot of people don't even notice! And these updates definitely showcased that.

Main Street, especially in the fall, is ripe with them!
Thanks! When I first started reading TRs I was really entranced by the photos that show detail. That's when I started experimenting with the camera. I was never really into photography before that. Reading TRs sort of unlocked that whole side of me. I also thinks its because I have some ADD. I tend to look at the whole instead of details. So photography allows me to see details so much easier.
Surrrrreeee you road Splash Mountain. Sure you did.
What? You don't recognize Denny and I in our super spectacular redneck ride photo? I am SHOCKED!
Tony's seems to be one of those places people either hate or...think it's not so bad. I fall into the latter camp.
I agree with that. There are a lot of haters. I think I fall into the "it's not that bad" category as well. I have to admit, sometimes I go in there and think its going to be GREAT and its never quite that good. But its pleasant and its a fun theme!
Glad you enjoyed Sorcerers. My kids really enjoyed it, and liked the card-collecting aspect of it. I will admit, it did seem silly to watch my kids wait while 40-year-olds played the game ahead of them, but then again, Disney is for the kid in all of us.
OK - now THAT makes me feel silly for playing the game, but like you said - Disney IS for the kids in all of us. Where else can you be a kid again? Seriously? No where that I know! So I am going to keep those kids waiting while I play!
