Has there been any updates or news or rumors about the upcoming new restaurant, The Edison? I'm super keen on the theme. I am 3 weeks away from my 180-day booking milestone, and I'd love to get in there if there's any chance of it debuting before the first week of September.

Every few weeks we get a photo update. Its progressing but still gonna be a while before it opens.

has it even been confirmed it is a restaurant? I thought the LA one was more of a bar/club that served food rather than restaurant?

This is going to be a huge space. It's going to have bar/club/restaurant.

I heard much the same thing about 8 months or so ago. Sounds like the room theming will be absolutely incredible. A real event place to eat once it finally opens.

I contacted the official Disney Springs Twitter account and asked about this--they said fall 2017 so guess it was pushed back?

Oh noes!!! I may miss it now, since I'm going around Labor Day.

Well considering paddlefish was slated for fall 2016 and planet Hollywood was slated for spring 2016 and both opened about two weeks ago who knows about the Edison... glad we booked a cruise on the Wonder for DSis's Dirty 30 festivities instead of banking on Disney time being accurate
