The Earls meet the Princesses:A June PTR *6/13 WE LEAVE IN THE MORNING!*

:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

It's so wrong, but sooooo satisfying.

It's like finding a treasure in the travel size aisle. I had seen those first I woulda been jumping up and down and doing my running man or cabbage patch dance......:rolleyes1

I would have loved to see that!

:rotfl2::rotfl2:That would have been a great show. You are so funny I am going to have to check out your PTR for 2010, I bet there are some good times going on there. :rotfl:

Today was the girls' last day of school. I asked them how they felt about being on summer vacation.

IMG_1784.jpg

I guess Amelia is afraid of summer?

I've been slowly working on my to-dos. What did I accomplish today?

1. I typed up instructions for the chicken sitters:laughing: including travel info, phone numbers and chicken tending instructions. We'll go over everything with the kids in the next couple of days.

2. I packed our first night's hotel bag with pj's and 1st day at Disney clothes.:yay:

3. I made my hair a little bit less white.

Tonight Madeline and Amelia will be decorating their rubbermaid car boxes. Ian will be sawing logs, so I may decorate his a bit for him. I'll post pictures tomorrow.

Only 4 more sleepsuntil we leave for WDW!!:yay::woohoo::dance3::rotfl2::cool1::cheer2:

Looks like you are getting lots done! SO EXCITING!

Is it wrong that we're so excited about laundry detergent?

I am so glad I am not the only that is excited about them. :rotfl: I've been telling everyone about them! After I did my laundry I was inspecting the sheet, it's amazing. I even did the laundry myself and usually Marc does it. :rotfl2:

Looooove the Purex wash/dry sheets!! I saw that on tv and Disney is exactly what I thought of! :rolleyes1

Your countdown calendar is getting smaller & smaller!!

Congrats to the girls on the last day of school! We still have 2 weeks to go! School was closed for 4 days in December from an ice storm, plus we had 3 more snow days on top of that. All the camps around here are having to push back their start dates because the kids are still in school.

Just have to say I love your girls red hair. I always wanted a red headed baby. I even dated a guy in high school with red hair for that reason. Didnt work out though.

They really are beautiful girls.

Whoop! Whoop! for 4 days, almost 3 now!!!! :yay::yay:

Yay for the last day of school. I work at a high school and let me tell you, the adults feel the same way as the kids on that last day.

:rotfl2::rotfl2:That would have been a great show. You are so funny I am going to have to check out your PTR for 2010, I bet there are some good times going on there. :rotfl:

Stop on by....it's a bunch of folks that love to laugh and love each other as well!!!!!!

We love new friends!:thumbsup2

We had three snow days this year, so none to make up.:thumbsup2

:cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1:School is out! Love the pic of the girls!

Thank you.:goodvibes We're all very excited to be done. George's last day was today.

Just have to say I love your girls red hair. I always wanted a red headed baby. I even dated a guy in high school with red hair for that reason. Didnt work out though.

Whoop! Whoop! for 4 days, almost 3 now!!!! :yay::yay:

Aw, thanks. They get their hair from grandparents on both sides, not mom and dad. I want to be in Disney World!:yay:

Ahhh... remember how great that felt when you were a kid?? :cloud9:

And then you add a trip to WDW!! ... :jumping1:

Kathy

Yes!! Wouldn't it be great to shrug off responsibilities for 3 months?:cloud9:

I'd do just about ANYTHING for a friend....but....I might have to draw the line at chicken sitting! :scared1: Especially if we wanted to remain friends after the trip...I could very well get so freaked out by the sharp, little beaks and claws that I "FORGOT" to take care of them! That would not be good.

Thanks for thinking of me though!! LOL!! :lmao:

Yay for the last day of school. I work at a high school and let me tell you, the adults feel the same way as the kids on that last day.

I bet! George teaches 7th grade, and he's always ready for a break.

Stop on by....it's a bunch of folks that love to laugh and love each other as well!!!!!!

We love new friends!:thumbsup2

Yes! His reports are HILARiOUS and fast moving, so don't get behind or you're looking at an all nighter.:rotfl: I can't even imagine what I'll come back to after nearly 2 weeks.:scared1:

I can't believe your leaving so soon!!!!!!!:banana::worship::worship::banana:

I can't believe it either!! Thank you for the naners.:goodvibes

I'll be resizing some of these pictures at a later time, so please excuse their hugeness. First of all, we leave for Disney in 5 days!!! I'm excited, panicked and honestly a tad depressed in turn. The planning is such a large part of the fun for me that I'm sorry to see it coming to an end. BUT the payoff is a wonderful time in The Happiest Place on Earth.:goodvibes

What a great picture!

And what a great time you're going to have with those three blessings of yours on this trip!

I would say hurry back, but I know you dont want your trip to be over. So, some last minute instructions: Enjoy your trip, take lots of pics, and make magical memories. But, as soon as you are home rush to the computer to start your TR. We will be here waiting. :rolleyes1

Seriously though have a wonderful vacation. :flower3:

Ah, the sun is shining, its a beautiful morning and we leave for Disney World in 2 Days!!Wednesay night the girls and I decorated car boxes. It was nice to have some girl time with nothing else on the agenda. My darling children have the habit of spreading their stuff all over every square inch of the car when we travel, leading to pencils and crayons wedged between seats and a mad dash to repack everything when we reach our destination. Hopefully with the boxes will be easier for the kids to throw their things in. Also, I packed some legos for Ian and some of his "guys" which should stay contained in the box, should being the operative word. Here are our results. I decorated Ian's since he was already in bed.

Yesterday was a collecting and laundry day. Oh, and a making t-shirts day! I doubted my basic intelligence many times making these things and ran into many, many snags. Lady Lallie generously even helped out by emailing me my images already flipped, but I still couldn't make it work. I fought and fought with these things on and off all day yesterday, and finally won!!

Ian wore his shirt to bed, he loves it so much.

My silly princesses wearing their silly princess shirts. They may get princess autographs right on their shirts.

IMG_1794.jpg

Finally, George's Father's Day shirt. I wish I would have had the skill to make the design wider, but I was already exhausted from my t-shirt fight.

IMG_1796.jpg

Today my family is heading to George's parents and I'll have the whole day to pack and clean. On my to-do list?

1. Go to the bank

2. Check packed clothing suitcases to list.

3. Clean

4. Make itinerary cards for park bag

5. Fill pressed penny tubes

6. Finish packing

I have high expectations for my day alone, so wish me luck.:flower3:
