The earliest people have seen WDW Resort bus pick-up?

I've finally decided to splurge and get a Studio in AKL- Jambo House for the night before my cruise (figure it will give me somewhere nice to hang out while waiting as opposed to the rather pedestrian by comparison lobbies of the Mods.), and I'm thinking Boma would be amazing for breakfast the morning I leave. But I'm curious what the earliest time people have been picked-up is. Like, if I can get an 8am or so reservation at Boma, should I be ok since I'm staying right there?

Anytime we've done DCL transfers from a DW resort we've been picked up between 11am and 12:30pm. I want to say we were picked up right at 11am when we stayed at AKL.

Cool. So 8am or so I should be good. The only place I've known breakfast *might* take 3 hours at WDW is 'Ohana as they notoriously run late. I may try to get one even earlier.

11 am is the earliest I have seen from the resorts. I have heard as late as 1 as well.

Thanks. I'm not as worried about late - it's a 7-night cruise so I should be able to get reservations for Palo dinner and brunch at some point.
