I think Momma Duggar takes care of the baby until she gets knocked up again. #17 is now passed onto an elder sibling.

child onto one of her other kids.

As long as I don't have to pay for this family I don't give a crap how many kids they have. I will say, I don't see how it is possible that the emotional needs of all these children are being met

I agree. I'm not for having tons of children, overpopulating the planet, etc. But these folks aren't the norm, for one thing, and for another I'm not into limiting the number of kids people can have. Still, I worry about being a good parent to ONE child (the one I'm due to have in two months), so I can't imagine I could be a good parent to EIGHTEEN.
