The drive back into Canada was the same as the drive into the United States

Generally I have little problem crossing into the USA or back at the Border and I frequent Buffalo, okay the Walden-Galleria A LOT! :teeth: But I DO and HAVE had mutltiple run-ins with Canada Customs in Terminal 2 when flying into there!!! Those folks are on one BIG power trip and can treat you shamefully!!!

My daughter recently returned from a 5 day stint in New York City and how they treated her was disgusting!!! She made the critical error of spending more than she should have and not declaring it all. It was total ignorance of the system and no excuse..but they were rude and judgemental of her and wouldn't allow her to call her parents "until they were done with her". By the time her Dad and I arrived to pick her up and pay her fine "for lying" she had 6, yup 6, agents around her and was an absolute mess. Must have been one slow night in CC!!!!!!! She was typecast, victimized and raked over the coals. Very unprofessional and I guess it took behaving like that to make them feel good about themselves :confused3

The last time we crossed the border into the US was pretty bad... The guy asked for ID, which we provided. Unfortunately, my fiance forgot his passport, and the agent started telling us that since we are crossing into a different country, we need a passport... I felt like telling him that law hasn't been passed yet, but I kept my mouth shut...

He also asked us a LOT of questions, but we didn't really mind, it is his job after all... But he then told my fiance that he wasn't good looking enough for me, and asked me why I did wrong so as to end up with him... I know it was meant as a joke, but I REALLY didn't appreciate the comment...
