I purchased the blank 9" vinylmations at my nearest Disney Outlet store for $20 each. I handed them in to guest services our first night on board with some black sharpies and some bags of candy. We asked for all characters and the cast member hand wrote in Capt Hook, Smee, Jack Sparrow and some other's that aren't included with the Mickey & Friends or Princess groupings.

They are beautiful. I wish I had one for myself.

So you liked the room location? Any tips/insider info? This will be our first cruise and I've been checking the stateroom reviews, but none have been written so far. I didn't check the floor plan, but I'm guessing our room would be right next door to yours?

I thought it was a great room. We did not feel much movement except the first night (and we have felt the movement that night on every cruise regardless of deck or location). As long as you don't have some rowdy kiddo's running the halls, it's very quiet. I also liked being near the forward elevators as the midship tended to get very crowded.

Our room was a category 8C Deluxe Family Oceanview. We had the sofa with pull down bunk (which is what we used) and also did have the murphy bed. (chose not to use that so I did not have one child "hogging" the window)

I think you will really like the room location. I am going to try to get the same room/area for our 2013 Fantasy.
