Oh Michele you really know how to spoil a thread. What do you mean the ac just came on? Are you trying to make us sick? You know we all just got back from Florida and we are all experiencing withdrawal from the Florida sunshine. Of course sending Steve off today, I asked him if he had packed his shorts. Just makes me want to gag. We had to start wearing sweat shirts this week. So how bad was the weather in sunny Florida today. Come on I can take it. Spill the beans, what was the high today?

Gee, now we have Jennifer and her husband (not even going there). I am feeling so left out. I have no sunshine, no ac coming on, and no DH.

Elaine, your smallest kitty is the same size as Princess. I have to admit she acts like a cat at times. She stands on the back of the sofa and walks around and she loves to rub on peoples legs. Are shih tzu's a cat that can bark?

Jodie, so glad that you are back with us. I know this is not a real comfortable time for you.

Ok, I honestly don't know what the high for today was. But when DH went to work at 3pm it was neither hot nor cold. Just perfect (probably around 79). Low is supposed to be high 60's.

I've never really told my husband what we talk about or even mentioned this thread (for no other reason than, he's not the nosey type) I just filled him in, because patches one of our Kittens just fell off the bed, so I was telling him that tonight was silly furbaby story night. ANYWAY.....he agrees we are ALL DORKS!!!!!

10 Pages??? I'm gone for a few hours (well, ok, all day) and find out I have 10 pages to read!!!! You've all been busy today!!! I haven't read much past where I first posted this morning, so I have plenty ahead of me. First off, I want to apologize for my boo-boo about Betty's car. I was in such a hurry this morning & typed the wrong name. Sorry about that.

Okay... Let me go feed the kids, then try to catch up on some reading. I could have sworn I saw Betty said something about sleeping w/ all of us. There are several things I could say here, but will hold off (for now ).

Poor Jay, he just can't keep up with us all. First he couldn't follow who got a new car and now he thinks I slept with you all last night. What a riot. Reminds me of my thread today about Why don't men llisten. Poor Guy, we may need to send him PM updates just to keep him straight. I guess we are all way too fast for him. Bless his little heart, he does try!

Night Elaine, night Michele! Thanks for the prayers and thoughts you guys...keep em coming! I swear when I read that post of Betty's about the shooting it felt like an electric shock went through me! I almost fell out of my chair running to the tv! DH looked at me like I was nuts when I told him....how did you know that he asked me? He just shook his head when I said "my friends on the dis". Hmmm...heck of a way for him to have a little more respect for the time I spend here!!
The news conference didn't give much info other than the police in my county are involved in the search. It will be awhile before I wind down tonight...there is some Absolut in the freezer screaming my name! Have you seen pictures of I95?!?! It is backed up from Va. to Maryland!! My hands have stopped shaking now...am pulling it back together. I just keep thinking about my kids....LA LA LA LA ...not gonna go there!!! I think I will call it a night ya'll. Anything I say tonight is going to ruin the 100 page celebration. Welcome home Jay!! I will check in with ya'll in the morning. Hmmm...think I'll plant my "chicken dog" at the top of the steps tonight. At least she will bark as she runs for the safety of the space under my bed!!! Weak attempt at humor there!
