Sorry, bfeller, but that is incorrect. Yes, the original name of the attraction was the WEDWay People Mover, but once New Tomorrowland opened they called it the TTA. It actually has a full name, longer than just TTA. It's the Tomorrowland Transit Authority __________ __________ __________ . There are three (3) words after TTA. Any guesses? I got this from a Disney source, so I'm highly confident in my answer. As for a prize, well, I can't say that I have one, but we normally give the person w/ the correct answer the opportunity to ask a question. But it has to be WDW theme park related (no resorts, movies or anything, unless it's in one of the theme parks).

Wow did you guys get silly last night. I went to bed because it looked like everyone packed it in early....should of checked!!!

Off to get ready to take Paige and the rest of my troop to the metro park around the corner. We signed up for a workshop for them to earn their "Watching Wildlife" try it. Emily is still sick. Last night she kept yelling out from her bed, then when I would get there she would say...."NOTHING...go away!" 3 times she did that!!!!! If she weren't sick, I'd have her head The last time it happened I chuckled to myself thinking ...... what a woman!!!

Jay.....the truth will actually redeem me so don't expect too many juicy details.

I'll share both my stories when I get back.

Awwww... thank you Jennifer. I feel a little strange not having my pic in there, but the change is nice. I needed something different. I do really like the idea of taking requests...that could be fun.

Glad to hear a good review of Tuck Everlasting. It looks really good. Even my boys want to see it. My 6 yo has been quoting parts of the movie (the parts in the commercial) all week.

Oh yeah, any more of those Kahlua or bourbon smoothies/slushies left? I can't believe I missed them!

Kim, I have an idea for clipart for you. Get the Survivor logo. Then get a red circle with a red diagonal line across it. Put the circle/line over the Survivor logo. Kind of like the old Ghostbusters logo.

Good afternoon all. How strange, I watched White Nights last night also. Just love watching Mikhail dance. Gregory Hines is good too but there is something about watching Mikhail that is very tempting. We have The Nutcracker video with him dancing also.

Can't partake in slushies just yet. They are sitting right next to Sherry. I still have bills to pay. ARGH!!! I hate doing it and I put it off. Also have to get all the insurance applications done today becuase DH is going out on his own. He can make much more $$$$ if he is contracting himself. So, we are now a company. His dream and I am so nervous. The economy is so shakey but he hasn't been able to find a job in over a year that pays what he was making before the company dissolved.

Enough of my sad story.

I watch Survivor also, but have missed the last two weeks. Week before last I was caught on the phone for 2 hours because DH's sisters called me instead of him(long distance) to wish him happy birthday. (We can dish on SIL later on in this thread. My MIL is dead and I inherited 5 SILs who want to run our lives.) And last Thursday, my DH called me at 8:20 and talked until 9:05. Really hate to say can you call me back when Survivor is over. Afterall, he is away from us Monday-Friday and I am sure he misses all the hectic chaos that goes on here.

Anyway, I really got to get off and start working on the checkbook and bills.

I'm back. Nice little trip we had. Only 3 girls others were sick or at scoccer. The other 2 girls that were with us made a play date for right after the trip was over with one of the moms, IN FRONT OF PAIGE!!!! How tacky is THAT!!!! Not cool IMHO!!!!!! PAige was hurt, so what did I do? took her shopping!!!! Yeah, she's learning coping skills early!!!

Ok, let's get the panty story out of the way for good. Jay, do with it what you like!

So...it's Friday night. We are all taking turns getting in our pj's in the 1 bath for 33 women . Fine and dandy.....most of the women are wearing flannel pants and t-shirts, you know, camping pj's. I don't like being warm, and since I usually sleep in just a night shirt at home, I brought along a pair of shorts to throw on under it. I THOUGHT that's what most everyone did.

One hour later.....we are all in our sleeping bags lined up on the floor comparing binders (who has the nicest newsletter, the best charts, etc...) The woman next to me had gotten IN her sleeping bag in flannel pants....she popped out to get her binder from a shelf and OMG!!!!!! the pants are gone and she's NOT wearing briefs!!!! The woman on the other side of her and I just looked at each other stunned!!! (Here's a little tid bit just for Jay...they were black and everything) Talk about the unexpected!!!!

So there you have it....Jay what you do with it is your buisness....

Thanks for asking, Michele. Okay, get ready for a long, boring, strange story. I also post on a WDW Parks Trivia thread on the Parks board. Long, long ago, someone asked about a shack that's off the hub of MK (I think it's on the way to either Liberty Square or Adventureland). It's an old guard shack that isn't manned, but has props in it. Well, for some reason, this shack became popular w/ the other posters. A few have taken pics of it on trips (on their way to get a Dole Whip, too). Someone even nicknamed it the "Love Shack", after the B-52's song, for some reason. I'm not really sure why.... Anyway, after a person or two asked hard questions, an "award" was created for stumping everyone else. It was named the Shacky and someone took an image, then colored it gold. And the Shacky was born.

I didn't try for mine, tho. I just asked a question I figured they could find. Turns out nobody knew & couldn't locate the answer. I was awarded the Shacky after everyone gave up and I had given hints. After practically giving the answer away, someone finally guessed it.

Soooooooooo, my idea for DisCon is to have those of you going gather around the Shack and have your picture taken.

Psst..... Michele, read my last post. Don't go back to the original. That may help a bit. It's a play on words.

Hoo boy..... now it looks like I was parked here waiting for that story. Truth is that I was working on my other post when the story was told. Just wanted to make sure I didn't forget to repsond to it, so I posted again. Besides, I'm trying to get some work done & had a few minutes to kill (remember that computer problem? Well, not that *exact* problem, but it does make me work late at night or on weekends. If I don't, I can't get any work done. ). But, alas... I have a feeling nobody will believe my story, no matter how much I plead my case. Oh well.....
