Evening everybody! Sorry I haven't been around much today. Life is tough right now...nuff said.

Sorry if I missed addressing any of you tonight...I am pre-occupied tonight I guess. Please keep all of us Virginians in your prayers...I know you are already. I just got an email from my SIL who works with the sister of a State policeman. He called to warn her this afternoon that they have gotten legitimate information telling them that this sniper may well be travelling as far as our town in his get-away efforts and actually has a particular interchange (much like the one where the shooting was last night) on his "agenda". So where I felt fairly safe about an hour ago, I am now feeling pretty shaky. The good thing is I guess if they have this kind of info they must be getting closer to finding this maniac. I cannot tell you how awful it is to put my kids on a school bus in the mornings now. I cannot imagine how my neighbors to the North must feel. These are trying times. Anybody for a road trip??? I hear Mickey Mouse callin my name!!!

I'm sorry ya'll. It IS cozy in here and all this whiney talk of mine does nobody any good!! Sooooo....WOOOHOOO...the cavalry is on it's way?!?!? I'mmmm packin!!! Think I'll let the kids sleep awhile. If I tell em we're going to the house of mouse they will NEVER sleep tonight all!! Jennifer, don't slow down once you get to the Virginia line...too risky these days. Just lay on the horn when you are about a block away and we will be waiting to jump into the car!! Ok...I have packed the blender and the smoothie fixins...OH...and the autograh books and the pin collection and the pressed penney collection....not gonna bother with clothes, I'll buy em when I get there! Jeannie, if Jay gets too heavy we can pass him from lap to lap! Oh yeah...won't he love this?

I think Emily is feeling much better. I sent her up to bed and when I got there her feet were sticking out of her covers WHERE HER HEAD SHOULD BE!!!!

Hee hee! Kids... gotta love'em!! Once when Cam was still a teeny tiny guy, we went in to check on him. Tom pulls the covers down and we see that his tummy is waaaay extended...HUGE!! We freak, Tom slams the light on, and jerks his pj shirt up. He had stuck a stuffed animal under his shirt.

Oh goodie! I gave Jennifer some good ideas! My brain couldn't really come up with anything terribly creative I'm afraid...hopefully someone else will have some good suggestions for you. If I think of anything else, I'll PM you.

Yep, sure am. I can't help it that my counterparts all over the country have the same idea that I do. Stay up late and send programs... Yet only a certain number of us can connect at one time. So it's a matter of timing it just right, staying up later than them or waking up earlier than them.
