The Disney Future Attractions List

In doing some cleaning yesterday, I came across a printout of a file called The Disney Future Attractions List by Todd D. McCartney. It's dated October 1995. It was a list that lived online, although the web page doesn't exist anymore. What's interesting about it is all the projects that are mentioned that became reality and some that didn't:

New Tiki Bird show
New Ride at World of Motion - Test Track?
Journeys in Space (proposed replacement of Horizons) - Mission:Space?
Fantasmic Hollywood - Fantasmic?
All Star Movies
Disney Cruise Line

Projects that never reached reality
Show featuring Jungle Book characters in MK
Mountain Themed roller coaster in WOrld Showcase
Indy Jones ride
WS pavilians - Brazil, Russia, Switzerland, Denmark, African Continent
Something called a Black Box pavilian that can change themes

Some of the existing projects that were mentioned were well into the planning stages at that time like the Boardwalk, Coronado Springs, the new Universe of Energy show and the new Illuminations show.

This list sounds like a precursor to WDWMAGIC, although the information appears to come from inside sources. Does anyone remember this and know what happened to it?

Well, it also seems like some of what didn't come to pass as listed does exist in some way or another --

Indiana Jones -- Countdown to Extinction/Dinosaur is practically a clone of Disneyland's IJA.

Black Box Pavilion -- Millennium Pavilion.

The thrill ride for World Showcase has been around forever and ever. It's like a perpetual rumor.

i wish I had time to retype the whole list. I don't have it in softcopy. It's very interesting, considering it's from 1995.

There was a stage show featuring the Jungle Book characters at AK when it first opened.

Although it's not in World Showcase, the mountain themed roller coaster has come to fruition with Expedition Everest.

I've been watching that site for years. Its fascinating, especially the movie project list that goes out 10+ years. I remember seeing Finding Nemo on the list from way back and had no idea what it was...
