Roast Beef and Blu Cheese sounds like a great combo to me! I have some left over roast beef I might just have to try this at home lol!
jecskc said:It had grilled onions in it, too. Very yummy.
Starting off with the food... Nice to see !
I have never been to Wolfgang pucks.. People always post pics of nasty under cooked pizza and I have never had a desire to go there.. BUT That Loaf of meat looks GREAT !! it might just have changed my mind...
Glad to see the kids are keeping up the quota on chicken nuggets and mac and cheese.
Your DH does what I do with rootbeer floats !!!

DH and I got our old standby that we always get here
Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf - mashed potatoes, port wine sauce and crispy onion rings $15

We always split this because it is so much food. But it is super yummy. I just love those crunchy onion straws and the creamy mashed potatoes.
It sounds to me like you have a lot of love and support around you and will get through this.....
I still secretly wish I was laid up for a few weeks..
A girl I work with checked with her doctor to see if she could have knee surgery. She was REALLY hoping for it... she doesn't have any children and has never even had the luxury of maternity leave.. the DR. said NO , your too old...... LOL..
The meatloaf looks great! I have never had it but would love to try it. Great tip on splitting it![]()
WPE always looks great - I really need to spend more time in DTD so I can eat lots of meals there.![]()
Holy moley...that looks incredibly delicious!!!![]()
Your WPE review looks fantastic! I keep meaning to try that place.
I hope all goes well with your surgery tomorrow, Susan! And that your recovery time is record-breaking fast.![]()

Hi Susan. I marathon read all your TRs about two weeks ago... my DH thought I was crazy because I was constantly reading them in my spare time! He didn't understand that you had multiple TRs and thought you just had the most epically long travelogue ever
.
Anyway, I'm excited to see that you have started a new TR/DR and that you didn't let the scooter hold you back! I'm hoping your surgery goes well today. I'm looking forward to the DIS getting your undivided attention in the aftermath.
