The Dis Health Check-In wk beg 18/9

:cheer2: :cheer2: Woohoo !! I've lost another pound, which at last takes me under the 10 stone mark :cheer2: :cheer2:

I'm chuffed to bits as earlier in the week things weren't looking too good after my visit to Frankie & Benny's (a week past Wednesday), an Indian meal last Friday and a Chinese takeaway on Saturday. I've been really good since and I've done my exercise video a few times too

Mandy :)

Nice one, Mandy! :thumbsup2 I've lost 8lbs so far but have been stuck at 10 stone for the last 2 weeks. Any tips for getting past it because it's driving me  and I have another 14lbs to lose...

I lost 4lbs on my first week with WW. :cool1:

However, went out with a group of friends last night, straight after work, to celebrate a birthday (not mine) and fully intended to have just 4 barcardi and diet cokes over the course of the evening, interspersed with just diet cokes, and to be home by 10.30.

Well, it didn't quite work out that way. I got home just after 1.30am, and as far as I can remember I think I had 10 Bacardi and cokes. OMG. I'm not much of a drinker so I am feeling a bit 'fragile' today.

I have got straight back on it today though, even though I felt like having lots of stodge, I have been good, and just had WW soup and a yoghurt for my lunch.

I just wish that 'empty' feeling would pass because I really feel like raiding the biscuit tin. I think I will have pasta for tea because that should fill me up.

Keep up the good work everybody, and remember, it's only 13 weeks to Christmas. Think of those little black dresses, and lets try to be Christmas crackers instead of Christmas puddings. :wave2:

Custardtart, from what i've read most people hit a plateau where as their weight doesnt shift for a few weeks and then when you least expect it it starts falling off again!maybe you could also try changing the times you eat and also not eating after say 7pm at night.good luck! :goodvibes

welcome on board!! please join us each week on here.A tip I was told in weight watchers was to look at how much you need to lose in small amounts, like 5lbs as its not as overwhelming then! sure you'll get to your first 5lbs no problem :goodvibes

Not managed to post at all yet as I am having real PC problems :badpc:

Lost 6lb over the last two weeks, 2lb the first week and 4lb this week. I am so happy about it, it's the weight I put on over the summer after coming back from WDW! :Pinkbounc

Well done to everyone else, congratulations to Mandy for getting under the 10 stone mark, bet that was a real boost. :thumbsup2

Good luck for next week!

Sara. :)

Hi netty
sorry i've only just caught up with the thread
It's a GI diet which i thought was going to be really hard to follow but it's not and the other thing i like about this is that it has an exercise class as well.
After the 2 week kick start plan which i didn't do to well on as i had alot of trouble staying of the chocolate, you then get another booklet introduces more foods that you can eat

Hope this helps

I got weighed this morning and i've lost a 1lb

Good luck to everyone this week
