OK - so i went to DCL website to "just check" on joining in on all y'alls cruise 'cause my friend Bets said warm Carribean air would be good for a one year old. So I was gonna arm myself with a quote and maybe approach DH with the idea....

But...um...the website does not even show ANY cruises for July 2008.

So does that mean they are already sold out??

Send those Samoas over Johnna. The more I think about them the more I want some. I'll have to hunt some girl scouts down at the stores this weekend.

We sailed on the 3 night cruise when my youngest was between 8-9 months old. He did great and was easier to handle than my then 3 1/2 year old. Go for it!

OK - so special cruise. Is your 4-day the 7/13? Because ouch. The Cat 7 is almost twice what we paid for the 7 day Halloween cruise last year. Maybe my price point would be lower if I look at the entire 7 day back to back....

Tell Neil that babies are great on the cruise (Trevor was 13 months on his first cruise and it was great.) Flounders is fantastic and there are so many of us going who will be ooohhhing and aaahhhing over the little one.

Can't wait to sail with all of you again!!!

the baby can't count as "one". She/he won't eat much (but will need that Flounder's ressie)....... can you please tell the pregnant lady that it's 7/20 & and 7/24 and not 7/13? note I did not say "crazy pregnant lady."

And what is SueEllen trying to say....??? I gotta get Cat 6 or above? I cannot locate my DCL book with the pretty pictures - Family of 4 is category what? No wonder that inside stateroom was so darned cheap before!!

I hear all the good suites are taken so I guess I bunk with the Captain!

Of course at this point, despite all of the clever urging from all y'all, DH is saying...umm....no. He turly lacks the bigger picture vision sometimes. Must find the right angle. Geometry...now that he understands.

And thanks so much for the offer. That is so sweet of you. But unfortuantely, I don't need them either. I have some tendonitis going on in my leg and I cant jog for a while (I jog daily and if I can't I'm no good). All the weight I had planned to lose before my May trip, I'm gaining instead. As much as I want them if I had them I would devour them all in a matter of minutes and I surely don't need that right now. I do appreciate the offer though.
