Brrrr...I am cold!!
It is 66 outside and windy!! Did you know I was born in S Florida?? Did you know I have very, very, very thin blood??

It is pretty sad when, to stay warm while I get dinner ready with the oven door open! Suppose to be in the 40's tonight....how long till the cruise???

6 months minus 7 days!

And thats not sad at all...its the norm here this time of year. After dinner is cooked I leave the door open to get the extra heat. Will try anything that might cut down on the oil bill.

I was running late with dinner for the neighbors (who knew carrots took so long to cook?) Didn't even START on our dinner until 7:00. (Lasagne for us too - but the traditional kind with meat sauce...I asked DH if I should just make 2 of the other one & he wanted nothing to do with it! Not coordinated enough in the kitchen to make 2 completely diff. batches at once! )

OK, so who knows me well enough to guess where I went & what I bought today?!

Oops! There goes the oven timer....

took my car in for service on Thurs. Get a loaner. (nice power kinda liked it!) Dropped it off Sat morning. No problem. EXCEPT Friday I picked up a very important box at school and I LEFT IT IN THE TRUNK --- ARTWORK FROM ALL 726 STUDENTS AT CASSIE'S SCHOOL!!!! It's a huge fuindraiser where artwork gets turned into tote bags, mugs, trivets, etc

Go back to dealership today: "No ma'am, that car probably went back out before you left the lot." OMG OMG OMG!!! There is a box of irreplacable drawings in the back of g-d know's where and I HAVE TO MAIL IT ON TUESDAY!!! (Or pay the school the $6000 we would have made on the fundraiser...)

If it helps any, I dont like meat in my lasagna. Well, I do like meat, but I prefer it without meat...just pasta, cheese and sauce. But Im a purist like that and I don't like mixing my food.

Annie, your neighbor has a bigger problem than just being a picky vegetarian.

Oh OK - I am not the only one who caught that. I agree. I am thinking not Crohns but colitis or IB caused by an eating disorder. At the very least Crohns severely aggravated by an eating disorder. (and I did play a dr. on TV)

Oh No Cheri!! That's horrible! They HAVE to be able to track it down! And why wouldn't they look the car over inside & out before loaning it out again!? I have my fingers crossed for you (and Cassie)!

Well...you've seen those pictures...Ok maybe an old movie...those kegs are pretty small.

But alas, it is ski boots.

This reminds me of a story....

Before Neil and I got married we decided on Christmas to buy ski equipment. Neil already had really nice ski boots and I would always tease him when he rented banged up skis. So I scrimped and saved and bought Neil nice downhill skis. His best friend went with me we sneaked around for a couple of weeks looking at skis. I was so proud of myself.

To this day....Yup...no ski equipment for Johnna. Should have been a BIG WARNING SIGN - Do not expect great if any presents from Neil.

I need to get off this computer now. I so have the itch to buy a DVC contract. Does anyone have room for a lovely roommate and 2 little girls!? Maybe I could live at my DVC home resort? Do I have to do laundry there?

Must check into how the Grand California DVC is going to work....good thing I am going there soon.
