This is not good. I can not fasten my work pants
. I've sucked my tummy in but to no avail. What do I do

A big fat 1/2 lb on for me this week. I was good 90% of the tme so boy I must have been bad for the other 10%!![]()

Wow Jodie that sounds like a really strict diet, maybe you havent lost as much as you hoped because you are not eating enough.Ive read loads of stuff lately about how you should eat every three hours to stabalise your blood sugar levels, maybe if you are not eating enough your body is clinging onto whatever fat you have. Well done for sticking to it tho, I would love to have your will power, if I could only eat that I would end up chewing on my desk!!
