This is not good:rotfl2: . I can not fasten my work pants:rotfl: . I've sucked my tummy in but to no avail. What do I do
1) don't go to work:confused3
2) use a big safety pin:rotfl2:

A big fat 1/2 lb on for me this week. I was good 90% of the tme so boy I must have been bad for the other 10%! :lmao:

Harry work on one day at a time, even break up the day into sections, breakfast to lunch, lunch to dinner, dinner to bed. reward yourself with a pat on the back after every section, the first few days will be hard but I know you will do it. Don't go without your lager, but have it at the weekends in moderation or maybe switch to a lower calorie beer.

I lost 1lb this week, i did think it would be more but it might show up next week:thumbsup2
 
I stayed the same wich peeved me off a little as I have ben sooooo good, Smoothie for breakfast, sandwich & apple for lunch then tea & no snacking.

Gavin put 3lb back on which was a shock but once I questioned him it turns out he has been having a very low blood sugar level every afternoon around 4pm so has been having chocolate & crisps from the vending machine at work to rectify, he hasnt even been hungry! We've adjusted his insulin, it will take a while to get it dead right but at he shouldn't need to eat sweets as I am also packing him extra hobnobs with his lunch just in case.

Wow Jodie that sounds like a really strict diet, maybe you havent lost as much as you hoped because you are not eating enough. :confused3 Ive read loads of stuff lately about how you should eat every three hours to stabalise your blood sugar levels, maybe if you are not eating enough your body is clinging onto whatever fat you have. Well done for sticking to it tho, I would love to have your will power, if I could only eat that I would end up chewing on my desk!!

Possibly but i'm finding that although hungry at my next meal, so long as i'm eating at around the same times (7.00, 11.30 & 18.00) i'm not starving :confused3

We've just got in from joing the gym!

We have always intended on joing JJB gym when we move to Leeds but this weekend the one in Selby has a 'no fee' joining weekend so despite the extra months premium we have sill saved £74 and as we put our friends name on the form they each get a month's free membership. The membership is transferable so no problems when we move. We are going tomorrow with Dan & Dom for the first time. Until we move we will be only going at the weekend as it's unlikely we'll have time but it's still a start.
