Yes, but tickets that expensive, need a high profile client attached to the receipt. No client, no Tix. :sad1:

Now, I already have a client lined up for Cubs World Series Tix and I'm sure he'll need to have a formal escort at the game. :rolleyes1 I just have to wait for the Cubs to actually GET to the World Series. :rotfl2:
Wait, you work for an escort service? I thought it was some kind of bank or something. That just must be the front you use when the IRS come snooping around, huh?

Good morning gentlemen :surfweb:

Hello everyone!! Just returned from the world! Between my DD16 and I we have amassed 2390 pics:scared1: with that said I would like to buy a new or used DSLR but not $2000! There are soo many options, so many opinions, and so many cameras out there...it's actually scary! Anyone have a real opinion with experience on a good DSLR? I would be using for vacations, outings, and general use. I am a fan of natural lighting and would like pics that aren't blurry in low light situations.. I want to be able to finally photograph things like splash mountain without praying that I will be able to see briar rabbit! Looking at spending around $600.

If any of you are planning an upgrade and have a DSLR you want to sell.. Just PM me.
:thumbsup2
I have a Canon XTi that I bought about 3 years ago for around $600. Unfortunately, since then I've been bitten by the photo bug and have been slowly adding pieces to it since. A new lens here, a new flash there. Curse you, Canon, and all of your interchangeability! I get most of my stuff from bhphotovideo.com and butterflyphoto.com - I've found them to have the best prices.

So...when does the TR start?popcorn::

hmmm.. I think I would be in competition with my DD16. She wants to write up a TR with me adding comments. It might upset her if I start my own!!:rotfl:

Are you truly happy with the canon XTI? Or do you wish you would have bought the "blahzeee blaa bla with the super duper thingabob"?:thumbsup2

I saw it too. As soon as they installed those spraying elephants, I turned to DW and said: "That may look like water spraying from the elephant's trunk, but I can assure you it's not." ("assure you it's snot")

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Does anyone know if they are offering pavers that you can get your name on, or something similiar:confused3

My Grandparents always wanted to go to WDW but never got a chance to go, I would like to get something for them so aleast they will be there in Spirit:goodvibes:littleangel::littleangel:

I don't think they have any active bricks/legacy tiles at this point. But all these have a time limit on them, so at some point they'll probably do something new.

Good morning gentlemen :surfweb:

Morning, Dave!

It's our 15th wedding anniversary today! I'm taking the day off to spend it with DW. We're making a waffle breakfast for the trachers/class at my DD's school, going out to lunch, then a movie with just the 2 of us later. Romantic, huh? :thumbsup2

Carl one of the Dads started a camera thread here. I like the striped down version of blahzeee blaa bla without the super duper thingabob. :rotfl2:

I should mention that we share an anniversary with a famous Disney (character) couple. Any guesses?

Today went about as expected...boss was pretty PO'd at me because I've basicly called him out on the BS, and dragged his boss into it. Next few days will be fun fun fun....let's see what happens.
Sorry... hopefully he'll get over it quick, or better yet, you'll get that transfer you requested.

I just have to wait for the Cubs to actually GET to the World Series. :rotfl2:
Yeah.... good luck with that one.:lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

Welcome home! I look forward to reading your DD's TR. I appreciate you doing the live feed. I was able to catch it from time to time and really appreciated seeing that scenery. Kind of gave me that warm fuzzy feeling after a stressful day. Unfortunately I wasn't around to ever see Wishes or anything fun like that, but just seeing the scenery was really something special. Thank you! :thumbsup2

And I have no idea... Cinderella and Prince Charming???:confused3 :lmao::rotfl2:

Thank you sir for the link! I will probably get better advise on the camera junkies thread!:thumbsup2

Because of the problems I had with the Internet, I recorded wishes along with kids screaming from the beach and posted it as a video. You can still see it. I hope that my next trip I will have a better computer and a better connection and really give you guys an eyeful!:thumbsup2

Hey there guys.

Just getting back in the swing here. I was in Boston yesterday and today for work and last night was free... Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Finals only 4 blocks from my hotel room and... cheapest ticket I could find was $1000.00. :headache:

So I watched the first period from Kingfish Hall (Todd English restaurant) with a co-worker. I figured if we weren't going to be able to go to the game, at least we're having a nice dinner. Then watched period 2 & 3 from the hotel room. After the game, I opened my balcony door and watched the fans pour out of the Garden.

Boston's a fanatical sports town. The Red Sox have pretty much owned the city the last couple decades, but it's nice to see the Bruins getting some love too... The ticket prices for the finals are ridiculous though. They would have been even higher if there was a chance of the B's winning the cup at home...

I actually listened to a Stuff You Should Know podcast about Ninjas this morning on my way to the office, and part of the discussion was about how much more bad @ss ninjas were than pirates... Hysterical.

Of course Ninjas are more Peanut Butter...

I've never seen Ninja with Peg Leg or Hook for a hand.

Wow - I just realized from page 1 on this thread that it's someone special's birthday today!

Happy Birthday! You know who you are!!
