OK so I posted on another thread and was told to come here to get a memeber number from Emma's Dad. I don't quite know much about how to use thread but I like the idea sharing. Especially since I have only been to Disney once yet plan to take my kids as much as possible.

So...um... trip planned for end of Sept 2011. Family consists of ME, DW (not sure what that means but I see everyone use it and assumed it stood for wife), son (9) and 2 daughters (7&3).

I have much to learn I know but I look forward to getting to make some new friends and gleaning off everyone's experiences. I can post pre-trip planning soon.

Family Acronyms...

DW = Dear Wife...Disney Wife...Darling Wife...Darn Wife...depends on your mood at the moment...but we know you will always love her.

DS## = Disney Son...etc. ##=age...so for you would be DS9...not to be confused with the old Star Trek Show.

DD## = Disney Daughter...etc. ...so you would have DD7 and DD3.

MIL = She who must not be named.

You’ll figure most things out pretty quickly just by roaming around the boards. If you got questions, just ask ‘em here or start a thread of your own on which ever forum seem most appropriate. you know I wonder.. go ahead and call me crazy.. but the earthquake in japan has made the earth spin a little faster than 11,000 miles per hour shortening our day by .00043 seconds.. but I wonder if that also has messed up the balance of weather. think I am nuttier than JIFF crunchy PEANUT BUTTER? should I just go to the cool station and drink a gallon of beverly?

on a lighter note I just found out that my building exterminator is a Disney fan and just returned from a cruise on the "Dream" going to get him to join disdads! here is a pre-disdad meet pic
