Once again thanks for the welcome! We will be there August 21-26. We were just there last October and that is our preferred travel time but we had to plan a trip before September due to our vacation points.

Listened to podcast 1 and great info on restaurants. Got a few I want to try now. We have ADR for Ohana and we've already been to California grill.

Welcome, from one noob to another!

Cheers,
Indy

PS: Ownage!

Benedryl- the $6 babysitter.

:lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

I did a little home movie for my daughter once when she was still a baby. I did a bit where she was screaming all night and we couldn't get her to sleep, so I finally switch out the formula for a bottle of Ny-Quil. :thumbsup2

Welcome to all the new dads!

That's a bummer about the clouds, but it sounds like the rest of the day was great. Like most everyone on this board, I am really excited to hear how you like the new Star tours.

MAN LAW!
If Beverly and Peanut Butter are our universal swear words, "Jasmine's Kiss" can be our universal positive exclamation.

"Jasmine's Kiss, we had a wonderful day in the Magic Kingdom!"
I'll 4th or 5th this.

She might want to check into her insurance.. Some companies will pay for plastic surgery if it is a self esteem/mental health issue. If the scar on her face will affect her mental health or well being, they will pay for it. I hope when she went in for the cut on her face they brought in a plastic surgeon for a consult!:thumbsup2

Agreed. When Rachel was going through breast cancer a plastic surgeon was brought in early and was one of the people on the team of Dr.s that we met with regularly. That was all covered by insurance. During one of our meetings I remember him saying something specifically along the lines of "whenever you are having anything done to your face you want a plastic surgeon involved". He may have just thought that I really needed plastic surgery though.:rotfl:

Is that the movie you submitted for "Dad of the year" consideration? :lmao::rotfl2:

So this morning I was reading Ecclesiastes and came across this.

"The more words you speak, the less they mean. So what good are they?"

Just checked the post count for this thread and I'm currently #1. Crap.:rotfl:

What the Beverly! I just read this morning that the omnipotent TV executives decided it was in their best interest to cancel one of my shows.

The EVENT has been cancelled!

Why do they always cancel the shows that I like?! Peanut Buttering TV networks!

V was cancelled too.

And each year they try to cancel CHUCK too....seems like it's safe yet again for another season. phew!

But the EVENT?!? Why???

Well, it looks like that scripture refers to spoken word. This thread is written word, so I'd say you're fine. We value what you have to say... most of the time.:lmao:

I'll be honest... I tried to like the Event. I watched it a few times, but just couldn't stay interested.

I am, however, disappointed to see V go. I really enjoyed it.

Good ol' Ecclesiastes. Probably my favorite Book in the OT if not the whole Bible.

I tend to chase after allot of wind...and it's good to remind me of that.

I watched both V and the Event.

Gave up on both of them....my fault...the ratings people found out the I wasn't watching anymore.

Then I started watching, American Pickers, Pawn Stars, Larry the Cable Guy's: Only in Amreica, Top Shot, Swamp People, Sons of Guns,...

V seemed to be heading in a Anti-Religion direction. The Event became predictable...at least to me. Those are the main reasons I quite watching.

Speaking of predictable...I miss 24.

I held off getting into either of those shows just in case they got cancelled. I figured I could always catch up on dvd/netflix if they were worth watching... I got into Flashforward, and then they cancelled that after a cliffhanger of a season finale, so I decided not to get sucked into something like that again...

Still fuming over the Lost finale, that show suckered me in big time!

Morning all!

Great shows... makes me wonder how I lived before DVR.

I'm with you on Lost and Flash Forward. Loved them both.

The Lost finale still doesn't make sense to me. I'm so mad about that one.

I just hope they don't end up doing something similar with Fringe too... one of my favorite shows on TV anymore.

Yeah - they screwed me on FlashForward too!

what rumors? i'm usually the one rumors about, not the one in the know...:confused3

maybe i should put this on the rumor thread.:lmao: on another web site, similar to this one, which, i , as a rule dont believe any of the rumors about disney till they start digging, but, this one caught the corner of my eye while looking at pics of the new fant. land expansion. they are saying, that the hyperion wharf project is not going to built as planned that they were going to open a few of the night club. how true it is, who knows. like i said, i dont get involved to much on the rumor threads but this was on the top of there thread list and i just couldnt help myself but read it.:lmao: the adv. clubs was also listed as one of the three clubs to reopen.

I think the way Lost ended has me shying away from many similar shows as well. I haven't gotten into fringe yet, but might go back and watch on netflix if available...

Agree with above, Pawn Stars and some of the other newer shows on History are great.

She commented that she got the doctor stitching her up to take his time and get it right, she said her husband commented the doc did a good job on it. We shall see I guess...We all agree it was better to have gotten the cheek, then in the eye.

Besides, working in that store affects one's mental health. I've been there almost 9 years, it's made me quite cuckoo for coca-puffs.:lmao:
