this is really cool - I dig on steampunk stuff and this is a very cool product.

Now if I only had $150 in cash laying around...

Argh. I have a love/hate relationship with the Magic Express. Love the convenience of not having to deal with luggage but the bus always seems to take too long. But an hour?! That's nuts.

How can you be using frowny faces in your title line when you're posting from WDW. That's like, illegal or something! If it isn't, it ought to be!

1) Is it worth it?
2) Seriously

My wife was browsing the Disney website and kept seeing D23 stuff and asked me about it. Since I have no idea I though I'd ask y'all.

father in law had his pacemaker replaced today. all went well. off to the hosp. this afternoon to visit.:thumbsup2

Being a guy with an analytical mind, this whole gluten thing with me makes no sense. Before we expunged gluten from our house we used to eat bagels all the time. I don't know of any product with more gluten in it. I could eat those all day with no issues at all. In fact, some days we'd just go to Brugger's Bagels, get a dozen and eat them for lunch and dinner. Great stuff! Now, however, if I have a tiny amount of bread in a container of squash casserole, or if I have some bread crumbs in butter that gets worked into my rice I get violently ill.

That makes NO sense to me.

So, in a test of this, I had chinese take-out today. They use soy sauce in their cooking and that has wheat in it. They use communal woks so the chance for cross contamination is high. I did not, however, have anything specifically made of wheat because, well, I wimped out. I had kung pao chicken. It does have soy sauce in it but I'm not sure if that will really give me enough to get sick. Either way, I feel fine.

So what's the damage here? I don't get this! BAH!

I'm taking a pass on this. I do research into asthma & inflammation, & I still can't understand it. There's a ton we dint understand about allergies yet, so who knows why some people react in certain ways. My only advice is that we are overly simplistic in our understanding & beware of anyone who tells you they know the real truth...

Have you guys read the comments?!? They crack me up! :lmao:

Hopefully, that’s the glitch for this mission. Y’all have fun and I wish I was down there with ya’.

Glad to hear that all is well. Say "hay" for all of us when you get there.

Hate to hear this, and I certainly wish I could tell you want needs to happen to get it straightened out. Hopefully you’ll figure out what’s causing the problems in the near and be able to get on with the day to day. Take care.

Hi All
I don't have anything special to say but congratulations on getting the sub forum! Chatty Cathiness apparently pays off:thumbsup2 I only hope that means that the thread rate will slow down a little. (at least to less then 120 pages a day :lmao:)

Also wanted to share that I may have a WDW trip planned for our August Anniversary. :goodvibes I just have to pray now that DW has a banner month for Tupperware in May, June and July!

Question for you...experienced travelers. If you had your druthers, would you go to WDW in November or December for the Disney Holiday experience? Apart from the Holiday weeks, they're both value season, correct?

Keep in mind, I'm from northern Wisconsin, so cold is a non-issue with us. 40 is still shorts weather as far as I'm concerned. :thumbsup2
