They can't be particularly devoted Red Sox fans. What kind of serious fan would schedule themselves to be on a cruise during the season?

I'm a huge college basketball fan. There's no way I'd schedule myself to be on a cruise from mid-March through mid-April.

I just go to http://sports.yahoo.com/
In the upper right corner of the navbar there's a "Fantasy" item. Hover over that and there's a dropdown of "My Teams and Leagues." Select the team, and you can check how you're doing.

The key is that your team is linked to your yahoo.com login. Log in to yahoo.com first, then you should be able to navigate to your team.

I did it, woohhoooo!! Now if only I knew what the heck I was doing it would be ok!!!

That's just it, the cruise is in October so they are projecting...plus, we all no that it is called Rocktober for a reason.

I felt that way being a Philadelphia sports fan for the longest time. We went 25 years without a champion in any sport. I can't tell you how many times our hearts were broken (especially by the Eagles). But we stuck with our teams, and eventually the Phillies finally broke through. It was awesome.

So, am I telling you to hang in there, better days are ahead? Of course not. These are the Cubs, who are cursed forever. Instead, I'd go with the Bulls or the Blackhawks. Much better track record.

That's right, now who did the Hawk's beat in the finals last year... I wish I could remember. All I remember about that run was

As a Cubs fan, I don't fell worried that I scheduled my cruise this year smack dab in the middle of the World Series dates.

It was coming down quite a bit for quite a while yesterday... but thankfully nothing stuck. I'm happy. My DD is out in the backyard playing, and having a great time. I think I need to go join her... sorry you're still getting it though.

Nope, gotta go with the local team...seeing as how Delaware has no pro teams, we go with the closest region. So I also have a soft spot for the Orioles, even though the owner has ruined the team there.
