Can someone go check on CJ? This game is nuts!

There was a game today?

DD knows the routine. She locks all the sharp objects away and checks on me occasionally in the darkened family room as I sit in a corner with this far away stare in my eyes.

Holy schnikes!!! What a game!!!

Go DAWGS!!!!

You wound me sir. Do you have a nemesis?

What the Beverely did he just say? :confused3:eek:

I don’t know but I got a headache reading it.

Page ownage. My consolation prize.

Thank you for playing along.

This is my 400th post and I have a question. Are we Disney Freaks or Disney Geeks.

The definition of a freak is one who is born that way and a geek is one who make himself that way. So which are we? Discuss.

Congrats on 400. We are Freaks of nature! Disney is the D in DNA :thumbsup2

From all the pictures that I have seen it looks nice...What do you know about the slide at the pool...are my kids too young for it?? We are looking to try to transfer our Hilton time share points into DVC through RCI at SSR...a lot of letters huh:rotfl2: What can you tell me pro and con with this resort. On the RCI reservation site I can trade into SSR OKW or Boardwalk Villas...what is best??
ill give you my two cents. all my ops only. bwv has the nicest pool and more going on. okw is the quietest (:lmao: if thats a word) and ssr is in between. okw was larger rooms and more of a homey feeling to it. with two younger kids, i would put them in this order, bwv, ssr , okw.

So Dads with daughters... question for you.

Today my DW has been gone all day, and won't be back until around 10. This day was her birthday present from both her sister and me... it was my SIL's idea - but I've had to be a willing accomplice to make it happen, since I had to have a free day with really nothing else on the scedule to make it happen. SIL sent her a bunch of money for different things to do - lunch, a gift, dinner, a snack, etc, etc. .. DW just had to fill the day doing and exploring of her choosing. So anyway, back to my question.

This afternoon DD asked me to play dolls with her. I do from time to time since I want her to have that time with daddy, and let her know she's special, etc, etc. - and everything we do doesn't revolve around my choices. Simple enough. BUT, she knows from past experience that I don't play dolls the "right way" - never have every time we play. Whereas she wants to do the dress-them-up, marry them off, kind of doll play - I'm more of the blow-them-up, rough and tumble kind of doll play. Last time she ran off with GI Joe's guns and ransacked the mall, located under my DD's bed (Barbie does so much more when I play, then when she and DW play :rotfl:). So anyway today, she once again asked me to play with her to which I agreed, but said, "You never really like it when I play. You always want me to, but then get disappointed when I play weird."

TODAY... she said, "But daddy, I love it when you play weird!"

THAT just melted my heart............ :cloud9:

Do your daughters like it when you play with them, but not necessarily by their "rules"?

They absolutely love it. I have to do "Manly" voices i.e. really deep when I play with the Kens. He drives fast and if he doesn't come to the door Barbie doesn't leave the house.

I would like to take 100% credit for that. Go Wildcats!

I'll go with Disney Dreamer.

I rarely enforce any rules around the house, including mine and especially DW. She is the one who maintains order and I just goof around. So, when we play games, they never really know.

Steve, my signature has a link to the current owners page, and I'll try to answer questions, but am no expert.

Thank you very much. I hope Ashley Judd chokes on some Beverly the next game. Go Butler :thumbsup2

Dave ~ I think I may have been on about the same time as you but I didn't post anything. My DW woke up with a bad migraine so she slept in and we didn't even go to TicToc today. We're usually there between 5:30 and 6:00 on Saturdays. I ended up watching Sea Hunt on some channel!

i had to go to work, thats the only reason i was awake. i havnt eaten at the tic toc in years. we tend to go up to bangor to the serving spoon. i get 2 over, ham and homefries, toast and a coke. dw gets the same but with scapple and coffee. its d&r meats, and the bill comes to $12.:lmao: i make tammy pay!!:lmao:

Hands down, go with Boardwalk. You can't walk anywhere from Saratoga, but you can walk to Epcot or HS from Boardwalk

:lmao: Sorry, I'm really not even a big Butler fan. My team is Purdue and they got beat up bad by a mid-major last week. (Ever heard of VCU?):headache::rolleyes1 I drew the Gators in a money pool at work so I was kind of pulling for them too, but I've gotta support the local school. I've been watching Howard play since he was in HS, so I'm glad to see him get another shot at the Final Four.

Hey guy I'm back again. It has been a long week. I left for Bristol, Tn. last friday and went to the Nationwide Race and the Cup Race. Had a great time but it was a long weekend of listening to generators at the campsite and watching "whats his name" win. I was hoping to be able to meet up with Nate but it was late on friday when we got in and I had to leave early on Monday to get home.

I made it to work for Tues, Weds and Thurs. and left yesterday morning for a quick two day fishing trip with the VP of my company on the Chesapeake Bay for stripers. I have been fishing for stripers with him for years on the Bay and have caught a lot of big fish. (Wasn't able to get out much last year due to the baby so I was really looking forward to getting out. I used to fish 4-5 days a week. Over the last few years though the fishing has been very limited.) He has a nice 36 sportfishing boat with a cabin to get out of the weather, but it was still cold enough to pull out my hunting gear to go fishing. We got out yesterday morning at first light and fished till about 7 last night. Not a bad day had three fish 20lbs, 22lbs and a 34lbr.!

Not bad but not my biggest. I friend of mine on teh boat next to us got a 51 lbr.

We pulled anchor and headed back to the marina and WHAM!!!!! we hit a submerged ??????something??????:confused3. We are still not sure what it was but it bent both the props on the boat to the point we could hardly move. Took us two hours to get to the dock for what would normally be a 10minute run. Luckily we know enough people in that part of MD that we were ableto borrow a boat to go out today. I was able to get another 22 lbr to finish off the trip. We had a younger guy wiht us that is a die hard bass fisherman but never really caught anything big he was able to catch a 42 lbr today.

Overall great trip (Bristol and fishing). I see I missed a lot on here. Sorry I missed the baseball draft but I had a late meeting. I am liking my team though.

I haven't checked out my bracket yet but I can't imagine it is going well.

Don, I like the shirt and would be interested. Let me know if I can get one in black.

Welcome to all the new dads and hopefully everyone is healthy.

Kevin

I can't believe it is supposed to snow tomorrow. :confused3

Yeah, hard to believe after the warm weather we had earlier in the week. I just went outside during halftime of this game to do a couple of things and I can definitely believe it now... it is bleeping cold out there.

Wow, this is gonna be another great finish!

What's up with everybody firing up 3's when all you need is 2?
