You got Ian...will do.
Thanks!
You got Ian...will do.
I'm gonna butt in here for a moment and ask for some prayer.
Come Friday my family is going gluten free. While it's a wise decision for my wife who had all sorts of issues and while I am willingly subjecting not only myself but my kids as well to this in an act of solidarity, it will be extremely difficult as we're all big fans of food that tastes good.
Until then, however, we're in a gluten binge!
Lessee - I had fresh pita on Friday and Saturday, quesadillas yesterday, and pancakes for lunch today. Now to find more stuff I can't eat. The hard thing is that I guess I've already been doing it. Once I looked at our normal dinner meals (usually some combination of rice, corn, pork, and a custom sauce made of Chinese 5-spice, clove, cinnamon, sriracha, honey, salt, pepper, ginger, and/or garlic) - all of that is gluten free. BAH! I didn't even know it.
The one main thing I'm going to miss, however will probably be the double chocolate espresso cookies that I only make during the month of December. Or pie. Or bagels. I think that's about it.
Any of y'all have celiac or on a gf diet for some reason or another?
As an aside, any of y'all foodies? I've spent most of the day researching a diy immersion circulator/cooker so I can sous vide me up some fancy vittles.
Is it because she beats you in it?That used to be such a fun game, but my wife has ruined it for me!
Good luck, Ian. That can't be an easy switch, bur in the long run I'm sure you and your family will be healthier for it!I'm gonna butt in here for a moment and ask for some prayer.

Has there been a new WDW promo released yet? The old one expired on the 27th.
Hey Mijo! Looks like a banner week for you - a new granddaughter and your boy makes it onto the Blue Angel's Facebook page: Look at him waving to the nice man in the airplane!
