Anybody else catch Stephen Strasburg's performance tonight for the Washington Nationals? Pretty impressive.

Why did he have to end up in the Phillies' division? Sigh...

After looking around a little and kicking the tires, I'm joining the club!!

But after looking through the above criteria, methinks i'm just a poseur/dad wanna-be. Esp as i'm internally terrified about the solo trips. I may have to buy 2 pairs of handcuffs to keep them close, a disney dad wouldn't be nearly such a wussy.

We have Chef Mickey' Dinner on the 16th
Tutto Italia early Dinner on the 17th
50's Prime Time cafe for lunch on the 18th then off to MNSSHP that night
Garden Grill Dinner on the 19th.
Le Cellier for lunch on the 20th. Took weeks of trying for this one. Hopefully it is worth the time put into getting this one.

Just need one for the day of arrival, we are crazy and likely driving down.

If anyone has any ideas, the DW says to just pick. Any advice on driving 1500 miles each way is appreciated as well. Time to go to bed

Nice job on getting Le Cellier! I assume you won't be going into the parks on the 15th or 21st? If that's the case, you'll have to do meals at the resorts. We like WCC in the Wilderness Lodge because it's a lot of fun. My parents raved about the Grand Floridian Cafe, and we've heard (but never tried) great things about the Polynesian restaurants. We had breakfast at Boatwright's in POR once and loved it--unfortunately, they don't serve breakfast anymore. But their dinner menu looks tasty, too.

Make sure your portable DVD player works for the drive down! Every once in a while we'll try to find a fast-food place with a playground so we can stop, do bathroom breaks, let the kids run around, and maybe grab a milkshake for the ride.

Hey just in case you guys are wondering, it cooled off to 126 outside....

Boy am I glad my A/C is fixed...

Just make sure no kids are putting coins in the A/C.

Hey Dads. I haven't been up to my usual posting volume the last couple of days - I've had the kids solo, but DW got back home last night, just in time to save me from being driven completely insane by my lovely and talented children.

I wrenched my back yesterday morning getting Squeaker's shoes on him (just a tip, lifting a 45 pound child, with arms outstretched, and turning to set him down in a chair? Bad idea). But that seems to be under control for the most part with a muscle relaxant and heavy-duty naproxen.

Now, my back just has to heal up enough between now and a week from Friday so that I can ride the rides at Nick Universe with The Bug.

Eleven days and counting to my solo trip to the World. DD had her last day of school today and is off to soccer camp on Sunday. Maybe I will check in with you guys while I am there. Not sure about a TR.
