This lime chicken nacho recipe is so incredibly easy! I just let the crockpot do all the work for me!!!

Sure! It's so easy, I'm almost embarrassed!

Lime Chicken Tacos/Nachos

1 1/2 pounds chicken (I usually use thighs)
3 Tbs. lime juice
1 Tbs. chili powder (I like it spicier, so I used 2 tablespoons)
1 C. frozen corn
1 C. chunky salsa
Flour tortillas
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese
Shredded lettuce

Place chicken in the slow cooker. Combine lime juice and chili powder; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken; cool slightly. Shred and return to the slow cooker. Stir in corn and salsa. Cover and cook on low 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve in tortillas for tacos, or over chips for nachos with toppings.

Maybe telling her I would be charging $30 for my time per gift would be enough of a detriment! ;)
It doesn't sound like it would deter her and then she'd just expect more and it really isn't enough for your time anyways. You deserve more than that!!! I bet it would take at least an hour a gift between shopping and packing and actually getting to the PO (that seems to be the hard part for me). AND...all the stress....

We had Lamonte as well! He was cool! :thumbsup2
He was great! He seemed to really LOVE his job! At one point we saw some folks fishing in the lagoon and he yelled to the captain of the boat-"hey....I thought I had the best job at WDW but yours looks pretty good too".

When I got home I washed my dishes. When I took the plug out of the drain it sounded like a water fall. I open the cabinet under the sink & water is going everywhere. The pipe to the drain had come apart. I got it cleaned up & went back to work & got the wet vac. The water kept seeping up from the tiles. I think I got it all now. So this is what it is like to be a home owner :rotfl:
:scared1: Hope its a cheap/easy fix!:wizard:

Thanks. Her fever finally broke and she is hungry. She also wants to get out of bed and play, so I know she's feeling better!
Glad she's feeling better!

We were going to AK this morning so we agreed to meet at the bus stop at 8:30. I went to the food court and had a roasted veggie fritatta. It was really good but almost too parmesiany. After breakfast I took the opportunity to take a few day time photos of Pop. I never did get to the 70's/80's/and 90's during the day.

Steps to Live a Happy Life

> ONE. Give people more than they expect and do it cheerfully.
> TWO. Marry a man/woman you love to talk to. As you get older, their conversational skills will be as important as any other.
> THREE. Don't believe all you hear, spend all you have or sleep all you want.
> FOUR. When you say, "I love you," mean it.
> FIVE. When you say, "I'm sorry," look the person in the eye.
> SIX. Be engaged at least six months before you get married.
> SEVEN. Believe in love at first sight.
> EIGHT. Never laugh at anyone's dream. People who don't have dreams don't have much.
NINE. Love deeply and passionately. You might get hurt but it's the only way to live life completely.
> TEN.. In disagreements, fight fairly. No name calling.
> ELEVEN. Don't judge people by their relatives.
> TWELVE. Talk slowly but think quickly.
> THIRTEEN. When someone asks you a question you don't want to answer, smile and ask, "Why do you want to know?"
> FOURTEEN. Remember that great love and great achievements involve great risk.
> FIFTEEN. Say "bless you" when you hear someone sneeze.
> SIXTEEN. When you lose, don't lose the lesson
> SEVENTEEN. Remember the three R's:
> Respect for self; Respect for others; and Responsibility for all your actions.
> EIGHTEEN. Don't let a little dispute injure a great friendship.
> NINETEEN. When you realize you've made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.
> TWENTY. Smile when picking up the phone. The caller will hear it in your voice.
> TWENTY-ONE. Spend some time alone.

A true friend is someone who reaches for your hand and touches your heart. Thank you for being my friend.
Thank you, Becky! And thanks for these reminders.

Hi, Jennifer! I am off to dinner... chat with you later... :wave2:
It's Wednesday. Where was dinner tonight?

I could use some help please :flower3:

Riley's class is going to have debates on different subjects & the teacher chose which subject they would debate. Well lucky Riley(I am being sarcastic)gets to debate why a women should not be president. I will help him with the research but was hoping maybe some of you might give me some cons as to why a women should not be president? He will be debating against a girl in his room who will be stating why a women should be voted in, this should be interesting.

Thanks for any help!

I can't really help with the cons. However, I took a Bible as Literature class in college. I got to argue that a certain section (don't remember which book or the chapters) was not chauvinistic. At the time, I did not believe my side at all. My best defense was listening to their arguments and putting a hole in that.

At AK we entered via the Rain Forest Cafe giftshop.:thumbsup2 We road Everest twice with no wait. We saw Baloo & King Louie on the way to Safari. We road Safari. I had read that they were going to discountinue the Big Red/Little Red story line. I wouldn't miss it. Maybe they could drive slower and I could get better pictures.;) We did the Pagnani Forest trail and the meerkats were so cute. Went to Rafiki's planet watch were we saw Pochohontas and Rafiki. The 7yo LOVED the talking trash can. We saw the Lion King show. Its been a while since I've seen it so I really enjoyed it. We road Dinosaur. My first time. I wish it wasn't so scary as Emma would love the dinos but not the dark or loud noises. We had lunch at Flame Tree BBQ-gotta love the BBQ chicken salad. Did Tough to be a Bug and road Kali. My friend and the 9yo got soaked. I think it was one of the highlights for her SIL to witness that. :rotfl: Girls went back to Pop to swim and I went to Downtown Disney. My friend stayed at AK and did Kali again as she was already soaked.:lmao:

We met at the bus stop at 7pm to go to MK for Spectro & Wishes. My friend & I did Philharmagic and I bought Joe a T and Donald with Mickey's hat. We met back up in Liberty Square for Spectro. I'll post those pictures and Wishes later but leave you with this one of Cinderella's fountain.

I have 3 deer laying in my back yard. :goodvibes
I can't take a picture though cause the camera is still in the car from my birthday party. :sad2:

I have at least 3 deer in my yard regularly (like almost every day). They tend to sleep in my front yard. They are driving me crazy. They keep eating the plants by my pond which is right outside my bedroom window. Now mind you, I live in the country and we have 5 acres and they decide they have to come up to the house to eat my plants. Like there aren't enough trees & plants in the rest of the 5 acres.

Thanks. Her fever finally broke and she is hungry. She also wants to get out of bed and play, so I know she's feeling better!
Good news!

Bernadette,
I don't want your TR to end, I am having so much fun reading it. Great pictures!!!

We just got home alittle while ago from the girls dance rehearsal. (almost 4 hours! ) We go back again tom'w!

The girls did great. Sophie kepy smiling & Katie looked like a real ballerina. They both got their trophies. Katie got her 8 year whihc is huge! Sophie got her 3 year.

The sky opened up as we were leaving. I got them home, made grilled cheese sandwiches & pickles. They were starving & quickly devoured them. Showers for all & now they are in bed.
Whew....

My back is still hurting like crazy..its been about a month of this & now its unbearable. I have a Dr. appt on Friday to see what the heck it is.

I am pooped so I am going to bed. Good night friends.
