I can't wait to see him!!!!! Then, he drobs a bomb: He and DGF are getting married!!!!! He just barely proposed and called me first thing! I'm so EXCITED!!!!! I love this girl, and she has done wonders for my brother! I can't wait until she's legally my sister!!!!!

Congratulations to your bother and soon-to-be-SIL!!! That is great news.

You young'uns  having trouble with college.....been there done that....it's why I don't have my teaching certification....hope it all gets cleared up and PRONTO!!

I know I am missing others so....I will be praying for you all!!

I also didn't get my teaching degree because they kept messing me around and it would have taken me a 1 and a half or longer to graduate with an elementary education bachelor's degree.

thats okay when I told my mom that I wasn't going to work tomorrow and she asked why and I told her I was feeling icky her first question was are you pregant. When I called in to work and talked to the charge nurse she asked the same question. I wish unlike the other Jennifer's I'm tring to get pregant
I was hoping that was the reason, until I saw that Jeff and Olivia were sick too and I decided it was unfortunate for you that it is probably something else.

Crustless Spinach Quiche:
1 T vegetable oil
1 chopped onion
1 10oz package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
5 eggs, beaten (I'd add one more to cut back on the cheesyness...)
3 cups shredded Muenster cheese (I used cheddar cuz that's all I had)
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. black pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 9 in pie pan.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat; add onions and cook until soft. Add spinach and stir until excess moisture is evaporated.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Add spinach mixture and scoop into pie pan.
Bake in oven until eggs are set about 30 minutes to 35 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before serving.

Serves 6; found on www.allrecipes.com

Sounds yummy! I can't wait to try it! Thanks!

I'm not sure it is completly up to the schools. I know in my instance the state was completly changing their requirements in order to meet new national standards.

that could be it--but our school isnt helping matters-our advisors dont help--they have their "favorites" and thats who they help..it got ridiculous last year..

I asked my advisor something..she told me no..
my friend went in (we set this up) and asked her the SAME thing and she said yes!

That is sad but I have a feeling it happens more often than we realize in all aspects of our life.

Well I didn't get to catch up and now after paying bills online I am spent (:rotfl2: ).

I am 45 pages back as of now and who know what tomorrow morning will bring.
If anyone want to give me the quicky of the what went on today, I will read it in the morning.

Tomorrow I have bathrooms to wipe down (last minute "make it look better" stuff, two loads of laundry, wash the kids down (I skipped tonight), and a few other things I am forgetting at this time.

Oh I will need to wash the seat covers also change the sheets so they are fresh for DH, well maybe I will do that Sunday morning.

I best get some sleep, before I know it the girls will be in my room telling me to get up.

Sorry I didn't post today, PD and prayers for all

Oh, Kate hope all went well... thinking ang praying for you.
June you are in my prayers
Caroline, you are in my prayers

If I miss you tomorrow, Paula, Happy Homecoming to Mark! Enjoy your time together as a family on Sunday!!

And back to bed I go. Phil had called and woke me up asking for help in finding a hotel for the night. He is just in to Pennsylvania around Allentown so he still has about 16 hours to go. And that's not counting any slow down caused by Ernesto. When I looked at the weather map tonight, PA was all one big mass of green, carrying over into all surrounding states at least some as well. Take care everyone else who is in it too.

Hey! I just realized that I've down to double digits again!! That, plus the fact that I almost certainly get to actually go in December has me :cool1:  :dance3: my way back to bed.

Good morning Clare, Elin and any other early risers.

Well it's 2:20am and it looks as if we escaped the flooding of the basement. :cool1: However the tree did just come down. Thankfully the only thing it took out was our fence. So tomorrow we will spend cleaning it up and repairing the fence. I was so scared that it was going to hit the house, specifically Emma's room.

Here's some :wizard: :grouphug: and :cheer2: for everyone here. I know I haven't been around a whole lot and when I have it seems as if I get overwhelmed trying to keep up. My head is just not working so well right now. Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers each and every day. you guys!!!

Have a great holiday weekend.
