I can't believe I didn't think about this before!!!!

The hospital where Amy delivered has a web nursery!!!!!!!

I just went and sure enough - there were pictures of Matthew

now normally - I would not post someone else's baby photos - but it has been FOUR days!! and if they can't find their camera cord - it could be a while

so here are the pictures of baby Matthew - who I think looks a lot like his beautiful big sister!!

So tonight that news report with Disney money saving tips was on - and OMG - I could not believe how horrible it was -

it started out showing the DISNEYLAND castle for WDW - her big suggestions on saving money were to buy souveniors at Wal-mart before you go and to stay at Fort Wilderness or the Villas to save money on food and only have table service at lunch -

she had a DVC bag - so I am sure that she is a member so that makes sense for her - but if you were truly budgeting - it is not a good option -

he said that if you buy multi-day tickets - you can enter the parks at 6 am!!! ***?!!?!?

I sent him an email tonight - here is what I wrote: I think you will be able to see what other innacuracies he had

Matthew is such a sweetie. Thanks for finding those pictures Kate. Just looking at those pictures you can almost smell the baby lotion and powder. How cute!!!

for the tests.

My mum has high blood pressure and is meant to take a tablet every day to control it. On holiday we were at the MK and she said she had forgotten her tablet and could we go back to the villa to get it for her... turns out she hadn't taken one in three days and had been on RnR and TOT and Space mountain... Luckily we hadn't let her ride MS as that has way to many BP warnings on it!

When she got home she had a regular docs appt and her BP and cholesterol were way up... the doc asked what she'd been doing and mum said just been on holiday for two weeks... the doc was like until mum explained it was Florida and therefore not a relaxing vacation by any means

WOW, I am glad things worked out. Keep your mum in line next time and let her know she best not do that again. (ok, well do that the best you can). All of that would have been enough to send me up a wall.

I get to quote myself!! Couldn't fall back to sleep so decided to do something quiet and come DIS!!

I hate flying not because I don't think it's safe, I do...I used to help do PR for the Air Force I know planes are safe. I also know travelling in a car is safe too(usually). I think I would be stuck in my house forever if my desire to travel didn't every once in awhile beat out my desire to stay in my own house. I hate crowds, small places, heights and most airline employees .

PD for a great flight and a fabulous trip!!!!

I just got off the phone with Amy -

I thought I should let her know I posted pictures of her baby

She sounds great and REALLY happy!! Matthew is doing great!

Alyssa is adjusting to her little brother and seems to really like him!

She said to tell you all hi and thank you for all the good wishes!

Her mom is visiting and she hasn't had time to be on the computer - she promises to post as soon as things calm down!

Second on is for vegetables.

Dillweed Dip:

Sour Cream (8oz)
2/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 tablespoons Dillweed
1 teaspoon seasoning salt

Mix all ingredients together and chill.

Note: Make a day ahead to allow the flavors to combine.

This is a Christmas Eve staple for our family! We use it as a dip for Rye bread. Get one of the round ones and serve the dip in the center (either just on the bread or set a small bowl in there). Also, great with the veggies though so we always make plenty.

There are plenty of opportunities for Notaries....you will be able to advertise your services, with my job I can't but I am okay with that. The right thing/job will come around for you...I just know it!!

Thank you, I was just a bit crushed because she was the one who got me to stay home with the girls (I would trade that time for anything now) then a few months ago she and her DH told me I need to go back and start working at least part time. SO now I am thinking WT(insert F or H or anything else you'd like because I have said them all). Get real! I find something that lets me stay home when needed and helps her (I figured it would anyway) and now she says that's no help to me I know so many notaries that they fall on my lap. I just cried when I was alone.
I know this is small and things will work out just fine, I was just crushed is all. This is just a small thing in the big deal of life and it will work it's self out.

I'm sure it wasn't a waste of time. Maybe a better notary opportunity is on the horizon!

HELLO!!!! I really missed everyone!!! It has been very busy and hectic around our household. THANKS to Denise for posting the request for prayers for our family. Our family crisis was all talked out amongst everyone on Sunday after church so hopefully this is something we can put behind us. Thanks to everyone for all the prayers that were said.

Kate....I am so glad to hear that Nick's situation is nothing serious. I can understand that large weight on your shoulders being lifted.

Amy....I was happy to hear that Matthew has arrived and all went well. If we lived closer I would bring you over the best homemade chicken and wild rice soup you ever had.

It is good to be back ..........I am not even going to try and go back read what I missed. If I ask about something that has already been posted just update me.
