It's 9 there, right? Or is it 10? 11 here...WAAAAY early for a night owl like me!

We watched that Disney Splurge show on the Travel Channel earlier and I just want to say I wish I could get a job as a VIP Guide!!! $100 an hour?? With a minimum of 6 hours? PLUS you get to ride the rides and eat meals with the families. That's my kind of job....

Seriously though, who would pay that? Disney is easy enough to figure out without spending all that money. Or maybe just for us obsessed people...

I think that tour guide thing is silly too. Let's say you use one for 8 hours that's at least 800 bucks....not counting tips and their food!! So, I imagine another 100-200 could be tacked on for those things. Makes no sense to me. 800-1000 bucks could be used toward another trip that year instead!

I want that job too. Maybe when we all retire and move to celebration as neighbors, we can carpool to DIS, work as tourguides, and that will pay our mortgages... A girl can dream, can't she?

Just catching up!!! This is totally making me want to start a PTR for our anniversary, even though it's not until December! I guess I should finish my other TR first. geez.

LOVING all the puppy pictures here! DH is dying to get a puppy, but it's just not a great time yet...my cat would die, and I dont want a puppy until we have a house, and I just don't think we're ready for the responsibility yet, we travel and go way too much. I love the pictures though!!!

I missed the Sam Brown special, and I can't find when it will rerun. I did get to see the other one Friday, I missed it the first time but stayed up LATE watching it!!! LOVE it. I'd love to work at Disney, I keep trying to tell DH he can find a job there too, doing his computer stuff and let me work behind the scenes somewhere! I WISH!!!

Seriously!! I some people don't mind shelling out that kind of money, but I can think of at least 100 more things I'd rather do with that!

Can't wait to hear about CBR!! The Splurge show was ok. We stopped watching at the zip line part and took a nap! We also fast forwarded through the Richard Petty driving part, they show that on every Disney show.
But it's always nice to watch about Disney World, even if it wasn't the best of shows!

You can't check the Travel Channel website to see when it might rerun? That's why I love my DVR, I don't think I can watch regular tv anymore. I'm spoiled now.

Hey Heather, long time no chat . I'm sorry for deserting you, I have been so busy trying to get everything sorted for our trip, i've only got 5 days left to get everything sorted and 4 of those I'm working .

If I don't get chance to say it before you go have a great time at Panama City, and make sure you take lots of piccies (no doubt you will). I will look forward to reading your report when I get home

You up to anything interesting this week? I wish I got to see the Disney Splure thing it sounded cool, and would have put me straight in the mood. Saying that I am planning on making Nick watch the WDW planning DVD at least once more before we go
