OMG, I would have fainted after the brown recluse!!

When I was a teenager, I was in the car with my mom and I saw something out of the corner of my eye. I looked over and saw this spider on my mom's thigh. I tried to remain calm and figure out the best and fastest way to tell her this because I knew she would freak out. I thought just a calm....."mom.....ummm, don't freak out, but you have a spider on your leg" would do. No yelling or screaming, no gasping. This is the day that I learned that it does NOT matter how calmly you try to tell someone they have a spider on them, they are still going to FREAK OUT!! She screamed and started slapping herself and we almost went in the ditch. It's funny now but scary then.

You're right, there really is no way to calmly tell someone a spider is on them! I fear a spider ever getting on me while I'm driving. I won't know what to do!

We don't have any Margaritaville's around here. We went to one on our honeymoon in Jamaica though. Thought it was a bit overrated, but it could have been the location and the amount to which it was built up. There was a pool there, and all I could think of was that I didn't even want to imagine what that pool was infested with after being full with numerous of inebriated (sp?) people night after night!

I don't think it's the best place I've ever been to, it was just fun and wasn't Applebee's or Chili's like we're used to. This one didn't have a pool but I can see what you mean. Yuck!!

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwww I mean the spiders over here are gross but at least there not poisonous, I couldn't live in the US simply for that reason . None of my family are scared of them, in fact Sophie loves them. She always has a spider or two in her room, when I stay in there I ask Dad to get it out and she simply tells me thats his home. She will then stroke it likes its a cute little cat or dog, I'm sure that child is mad . Then again she does have a pet snake... and she did want to be a dog when she grew up...

LOL they won't kill you unless you're allergic or don't get treated. I don't care if a spider is poisonous or not, I don't want it anywhere near me!!!
The most poisonous spider is Daddy Long Legs but their mouths are too small to bite you. Luckily

OH MY GOSH, I would freak out!!!! Imagine if you were driving and that happened? I told my family that if I ever get into a wreck by myself, you can bet a spider was crawling on me.
That reminds me, about 5 years ago I went with my sister to the orthodontist and I sat in the car while she went in and got her braces tightened. She came out to find me outside of the car with the door wide open. She was like, what the heck are you doing?
There was a litte NEON green spider, I mean seriously bright, he crawled from the dashboard. It scared me, but nothing was worse than what happened about 2 years ago. I still get chills thinking about it.

I was sitting at the computer in pajama pants one day. I was probably there for about an hour or so. Well, I go upstairs and take off my pants to chance, when I see a flash of brown on them as they're going down. I was like, OMG no no no, don't let that be a spider. I built up the courage to lift my pants up and a freakin HUGE BROWN RECLUSE SPIDER was on my pants!!! WHILE I was wearing them. Who knows for how long?? AND they're poisonous. Look them up if you don't know what they are.
I seriously stood there in my underwear for at least 15 minutes saying OMG OMG OMG. I had to get my sisters boyfriend to come get it (after I got dressed, of course! LOL)
But that day still haunts me.

I don't know anything officially yet. Darren's talking like we might not have enough money but he doesn't want me to cancel yet. I didn't want to say anything because I really really really want to go. That's why I asked you about jobs, I'm trying to find one so we can still go for sure.

I am a little worried about it too, because of all my medical bills recently (and future, I'm sure) BUT I still intend on going. I'll need a vacation after I get better anyway! At least I have my Disney Visa to fall back on---with 6 months no interest! Paying Disney at the 45 day mark would give me til the end of January to pay it off with no extra cost to me! I know that's right after Christmas, but if I need to stretch out the payments, at least I have the means to! (I don't plan on it though)

And because of free dining, and my Sunshine Rewards points for spending money, I won't have to pay anything out of pocket in DisneyWorld!

So....you could use your Disney Visa to pay for part of the trip if you getin a crunch and can't quite pay it off by September. (Did you know that you get 0% interest for 6 months on all Disney trips?)

Sadly DH and I had to cancel our vacation. I'm sad but now we may have to buy a new car because he just got in an accident today. It wasn't his fault and there is no way (even if they take him to court) they will be able to prove it was anybody but the other guys fault but we still might have to buy a new car if they total it out.

I was thinking of asking my TA if we could book a value and get free dining instead of a moderate with our 40% room discount..That way we won't have to pay for food. I really hate wasting that discount though. I don't know what to do.
