Hi Heather! Just beautiful, really. You guys have some amazing photos there and Brayden is cute as can be! I was glad to see YOU in a photo with him..lol...it's amzing how "invisible" the mom becomes in photos because she is so nuts over getting photos of her baby! Everyone lools great in the pic's, family life is treating you well, (and you have beautiful wedding rings btw)
I think the easter basket picture is pretty cool, Logan adorable as well
too funny on another boy on the way, they'll all be vying for the same girls in High School!

Ah Heather, he's adorable, you must be so proud. And I really cannot believe he is 4 weeks old already, it seems like a few days ago you had him. Have you got any family pictures of the 3 of you, I would love to see some, you must be such a cute little family. So how long has Darren said you have to wait until Baby No 2 then?

I don't know when baby #2 will come about. Hopefully it won't be TOO long. I really miss being pregnant! I know it's best to wait awhile though, I want to enjoy Brayden being a baby for as long as I can.

Thanks!! Tired? Is that what happens when you don't get that thing called sleep? LOL Jk. He's actually doing really well. Last night he went to sleep at 1am and only woke up once at 4am to eat, and then again at 7. Then we went back to sleep until 11!

Brayden is getting soo big! HE sure looks like his daddy! I can't believe my little guy will be 7 mos on the 25th! Enjoy...it is going fast!!

I see you are using the breatflow bottles too. THey worked soo well when I was still nusing and my MIL was watching him during the day...I would pump and she fed him that way. He never was confused. In fact we still use them even though he is on formula now. I never like the drop in kind at all.

It does go fast. I actually put away some of his newborn clothes that are too small today.

The breastflow bottles work great, although I think he'll take anything that has milk coming out of it! lol It does feel good to let someone else feed him every now and then.

lol I love his peach fuzz too! He's so sweet. Right now he's eating, just chillin in a diaper and socks (almost his bath time!). All I see is chubby baby rolls!!

Yes, I think that's the best idea. Not only will it be nice for you to enjoy him, he will have you all to himself for a while. And then when you do have baby number 2 he may be old enough to understand which is always so nice, their little excitement at being a big brother. How are you anyway?

Hey everyone. I'm so sorry I haven't posted in so long. Life with a baby is hectic, as to be expected. He's getting into a routine now though, and he'll sleep for 4-6 hour stretches at night now, and he goes right back to sleep after eating. SO thankful for that!!

Brayden is doing really well, he's so chubby! He's ten weeks old now. I promise to post pics soon. The reason I haven't posted any is because my internet is down and no one has been able to fix it yet. I'm at my mom's right now.
A tech is coming out tomorrow to see what's wrong though, so I hope he can get the problem solved. I've been itching to update my trip report, so be on the lookout for that soon too!

Another thing is my paw-paw passed away last tuesday. The funeral was friday and it was the hardest one I've been to so far in my life. I can usually keep it together and save my tears for when I'm alone (I hate crying in front of ANYONE) but I just couldn't. They had this slideshow video and one part said, "Heather, my boo-boo, paw-paw loves you". He had nicknames for all of his grandchildren, mine was boo-boo.
Here's a picture I have on Photobucket of the day he met Brayden for the first time. This was about a month before he passed. This day I stood beside him and he held my hand for 5 minutes. I'll always remember that, always. I just can't even type about this anymore, I'm sorry.

On a (somewhat) happier note, I'm getting the Disney withdrawals. I HAVE to go back soon or I will go crazy, I'm sure you all know what I mean lol. I'm HOPING for January, so keep your fingers crossed!
I'm also about to start my own photography thing (very small and non-professional for now. Just like engagement shoots and stuff to get some practice) so I am really looking forward to it, I love taking pictures.

Anyway, if anyone is still reading this thread, I hope you're doing well and I'll be around more often now!

I'm SO sorry to hear about your Paw-Paw...sending hugs your way and prayers for your family at this very difficult time. I got choked up reading your note....I'm so fortunate to have most of my grandparents, and I thank god every day that my children have met them, had pics taken with them but I know someday I will get a call and can't even imagine what you're going through. I'm so sorry.

On a happpier note, congrats on the new business venture! I hope it goes well for you and can't wait to see some of your work! Btw, love that pic of Brayden in your siggie with his ears!! TOO CUTE!

Heather I'm so sorry to hear about your grandfather. My daughter Samantha just had my first grandson Ty 7 weeks ago and it's been wonderful. My dad died a few years ago and the other day Samantha was talking to Ty and said Ty I sure wish Papaw was here he would love you.
I believe Ty has an angel watching over him and so does Brayden.
