Mornin'!

We'll we got 1/2 of a wall down yesterday w/ vinyl siding.. We will get out delivery tomorrow and will a bit more on the west wall (we will save the peak til the weekend) and the goal is to finish the east wall this weekend!

make DH's lunch
DH to drop DS12 off at football conditioning on his way to work
make sure DD gets up she changed shifts w/ a co-worker so she has to go in early
go pick up DS12 from practice
nap
balance ckbk

scrap a little
DS17 to work @ 1/DD should be home a little after 1pm
once over house
DS17 to soccer after work
follow up on an order that seems to be stuck in Oregon.. probably going to have to get nasty but in a nice way and won't be ordering from that company again * now it is in KY, getting closer but it took 6 days to get to KY.. *
DH to fill out rebate
dinner
movie night with family

Good Morning!

I sm bsck from our trip and finally not getting up for 7am workmen coming into the house. Also our internet company replaced our radio so it is suposed to be more reliable!

Hope everyone is doing well and having a great start to summer!

Today:
put furniture back into kitchen
dinner- steak, potatoes, vegies
list of stuff for DH to pick up while in town
mail checks into bank
work on editing chapters 8 and 9 of the book
begin resetting liing and dining room from flooring being done

Another day on pins and needles! Dad' surgery is sometime between noon and 6pm today. My sis and Dad forgot to ask how long it will be. Apparently he also has circulation issues in his legs and they are gonna try to do a quick fix on that. What that means I don’t know but my sister will find out when she meets with the doctor at 11:45.

I called my brother in AZ yesterday afternoon to give him the latest on Dad and got the chance to speak with my niece Daphne, on the eve of her 8th birthday. That girl had me in tears I was laughing so hard!! Of course, I had to suppress most of it while I was talking to her…

Me: So today is the last day you’ll be 7!

D: Yea…I’m ready to be eight. Seven wasn’t a good year…too many bad memories…just too many memories.

Me: Bad memories?? You’re 7!! What bad could have possibly happened to you at 7???

She then proceeded to tell me how hard second grade was and about some girls at school that always made her mad – I was crying. I can’t remember the last time I was so entertained!!

Anyway...I'm gonna try to stay busy today. Hard to do when your thoughts are elsewhere. Last summer was spent dealing with Mom and this summer with Dad. I sure hope all he loses is his big toe and not his foot - that is a game changer. Please say a prayer for him - thank you!

well not so much...definitely think I'm fighting a sinus infection, feeling blucky! so heading to doctor in a bit! will probably take a nap when I get home and have a down day!

back from doctor....no infection! just bad allergies! have made an appt to get tested on the 12th! tired of feeling yucky and tired, hope this will help

Claritan (sp?) really helps my husband when allergy season kicks up here. Hope you feel better soon.

Hope they can find something that will ease you symptoms. This year has been awful for allergies so far!

I agree with Rebecca that Claritan works great!

that's what I'm taking...think I'm beyond OTC at this point, will see what the doctor says!
