Here comes the heat! DH is already itching to turn the AC on, probably this afternoon. Supposed to be 90. Why can't we ease into the heat? Oh well gotta love New England weather!

So on my list today:

make lunch x 1; pull snacks out for DS12 to take for end of year party
ck fb/email/dis
wake up boys - this should be pretty easy today
boys to school
photos of each of the boys for the last day of school
clean up sketch book
once over house
movie w/ DD (our last day together before work starts full time) - evidently not; she is still sleeping!
check pricing for siding/insulation for next house project
list for Friday
to school for DS12's award ceremony
bring DS12 home
await DS17 to finish at work
dinner

Morning!

Starting day 3 of non-stop rain...we have gotten 8 inches so far, it just won't let up!

Not much happening today - housekeeper will be here in 30 minutes, yoga class at 11 and then grocery shopping afterwards. Will wash the bed linens and towels in between.

I sure hope the weather clears out before my brother and SIL arrive on Saturday!

We head off to Vero Beach today.

I hope the flooring at the house is going well and they are getting lots done.

I was able to make opening day reservations at the Grand Floridian Villas!

Just checking in and relaxing on the beach today. I hope its not too rainy.

finish packing up Megan's dance stuff

dance studio to help pack stuff up
p/u megan at 1:00
stop at Subway to get food
dress rehearsal - Megan's first one is at 3:10 - last one at 8:15...going to be a LONG day! I'm helping in the PT1 and PT2 dressring room, wish me luck keeping 14 girls organized and ready for their numbers

Alrighty, it is the last day of school and I've already received 4 emails from the school in regards to Senior photos!


DS17 will have his yearbook photo done in July at the HS... (we have to have them done by one company becase they wear tux jackets/shirt/ties for the guys; drapes for the girls)

I need to call mom and have her set up the big photo session w/ our family friend who is doing them for free!! I just love mom's friend!! She is such a blessing!

Have a checklist of the song orders and check them off as you send girls out the door to perform!!! I miss those days! PJ was on a accelerated dance team for several years till the dance teacher had a little one and decided to stay home instead..

Did you check the fridge? I always post stuff there and then someone place stuff on top of my papers..

Back Door? Mine is steel so I have magnets on it w/ paper work... (which reminds me.. need to clear that off of the old stuff)
Luggage??? I have also placed stuff in the luggage so I don't loose it but can't find it till I go to pack..
Disney vacation tote? I have one of those and I throw stuff in I buy before our trips..

thanks! all the parents are "supposed" to have a detailed list of their kid schedule and what they are supposed to be wearing....I'm bringing extra paper and stuff to make sure we have it so no one gets off track! the studio is very organized for this, having the extra lists makes the mom's in charge's job easier!

The school year is officially over!!!

I have a Senior in college on the 5 year plan.. LOL (DsS22 changed his major this year).
I have a Sophomore in college on the 4 year plan!!! (also changed her major to elem ed w/ a triple minor in special education/ IT (something computer related)/ psychology
I have a DS17 that will be a SENIOR
and DS12 will be a 7th grader...

However, while summer break starts today.....summer sports conditioning starts on Monday! So much for a break! DS12 3 days a week has to be at football conditioning by 7AM Luckily DS17's soccer conditioning is in the evening after work...
