It's Friday!!

Today I'm going to see The Lion King in Philly with DS18. We have great seats, right on the isle. Can't wait to see his reaction! I saw it on Broadway when it first came out, so I'm really excited too!!

13. I work on work or scrap while they're gone
14. Go to sleep sort of early. . .going shopping with mom tomorrow!!

It's crop night tonight at Michaels so I'll be working tonight hostessing it. We have a full sign-up list!!! I got one of the scrapping t-shirts for free since I'm to wear it tonight as my uniform.

DS up and off to school
Pack up sports swap
Go to PO to mail sports swap
Go to grocery store
Bake cookies for tonight's crop. Everyone who was there last month, that's coming this month, is bringing a goodie to share.
Clean/Tidy
Pack up a few things to work on at the crop
Work (& play!)

Good morning!

Today:
Lazy morning
head to Epcot
Beirgarten for lunch (need to be good there)
Head to see my sister and kids in Kissamee
head to DTD for dinner/evening with them
semi-early night as DH has classes tomorrow

Mt dad had his first chemo treatment on Wednesday- when I talked to him yesterday he was really tired and hurting a bit- he was getting nauseous if didn't drink enough water. He spiked a fever last night and had to go into the emergency room. He had a infection unrelated to the cancer which dds anoter medicine to his mix. Thank you for continued thoughts and prayers.

Woke up with a headache, pretty sure my allergies are starting up again. Last day of April vacation, Morgan is going to my sister's to "help" with Sophie while I go to work.

It was gorgeous all day yesterday...All day until about 3 minutes before softball practice started - thunder and lightning, no practice

Lion King, I am so jealous! Wish I could come. Not much I need to do today. Dh left for the weekend so it is me and boys along with my little road trip to see DD run at a track meet on Sat. My baby girl turns 19 today so I will be seeing her for a late birthday.

think I will do some scrapping
maybe go to Walgreens and do some photos
pick up boys from track practice
dinner ??????


I think DS15 is having friends over tonight so I'll need to get some junk food along with the cupcakes. NOt sure what DS13 has going on tonight so I just may do a ton of scrapping today/tonight.

Jennifer all the cloths are and 95% of the scrap stuff is. Last night and tonight are out for packing. Weekend will be spent caning syrup. We have tons of orders so lucky me...... I hate moving drums those buggers are HEAVY I can't move anthing over 15 gals by myself and then I'm basically rolling it and just lifting it nto the canning room. I need help getting it up waist high to the shelf.

1 week from today I'll be getting ready for classes

Quick, easy, and popular recipe for a snack when the kids have guests over... DS21 helped make these when he had company, and they were a real hit...

Pepperoni Pizza Puffs

Ingredients

3/4 cup(s) all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup(s) 1% low-fat milk
1 egg
4 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese
4 oz pepperoni
1/2 cup(s) pizza sauce

Instructions

Directionsreheat the oven to 375. Grease a 24-cup mini-muffin pan. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder; whisk in the milk and egg. Stir in the mozzarella and pepperoni; let stand for 10 minutes.
Stir the batter and divide among the mini-muffin cups. Bake until puffed and golden, 20 to 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, microwave the pizza sauce until warmed through. Serve the puffs with the pizza sauce for dipping.

I was supposed to teach how to use your cricut at tonights crop. However, the woman that requested the class isn't going to be there, I found out this am. grrrrr! I could have gone to CT.

Goals for the day

Eat Healthy. TG with less prednisone, the scale dropped the 4 pounds from Tuesday.
DRINK WATER.
REmember vitamins.
Prepare for crop.
Decide on packing for next Friday.
Make T-shirt?

NYC was great - lots of fun yesterday. (Bought TinkerBean's DSs b-day gift there!)

Work was busy today - now to make our CKC shirts, walk the dog, make our CKC lists, etc. Maybe get a few layouts done - I have a few in progress...gotta get them finished off and into the albums.

Homemade pizza tonight - have to throw the flour, etc. into the breadmaker for the dough.
