It's Tuesday!

Today I have to:

Caffeinate

Work It's Laboratory Week, so we are having a big breakfast. I always missed all the cool stuff for years...they eat GOOD on dayshift

Go through classes for CKC...too busy yesterday, too tired at home

Swish and swipe potties

Shine my sink

365 pic...

Dinner...

Watch DVR'd stuff from the weekend....

Good morning, everyone!! It's TUESDAY!! Woo-hoo!! 33 more working days (counting today) until summer vacation!!

Yesterday was pretty much a wash for me. I accomplished a lot at work, but I was exhausted by the time I got home. Days like that are yuck--I don't get stuff done and I'm grouchy with DH. Not a good combo!! DS is teething, bless his heart, so he's been having troubles with that, too.

Today, though, is a new day!!! And we got the BEST news last night--we are going to be an aunt and uncle again! DH's sister has a little boy already, but we found out last night that MY little brother and his wife are expecting a baby! YAY!!! They are due December 4th, and my SIL said, "We want you to do the scrapping". I thought, "Hmmm, after I just posted yesterday that I couldn't get DS's done"?!?!

Enough rambling. . .here's my list for today:

1. Caffeinate
2. Drop off DS
3. Work
4. Pick up DS
5. Clean DH's bathroom
6. Fold laundry
7. Wash laundry
8. Work at home on stuff from work
9. Run dishwasher
10. Clean kitchen/dining
11. Join Weight Watchers--I didn't get that done yesterday. I've got to get motivated!!
12. Put pics in album
13. Fix cards to mail
14. Put stuff together for SIL

DS to school
Laundry
Start cleaning out my closet (I skipped this yesterday, must do today)
Clean kitchen and bathrooms
Sort through pile of mail on counter
Get things together for scout meeting tonight
Work on scrap/swap stuff
Help DS pack his suitcase. Tomorrow morning he leaves for 5 days with the drama group from school. He'll be competing at State in a singing and dancing ensemble and then taking lots of drama stuff classes. He's so excited. I'm so nervous.

SIOH-congrats on the new baby! hugs and kisses for SIOLB and teething. that stinks. is he super drooly? we called ds the drooly monster!!!!
DIT- tell ds to have a blast! good for him! i'd be nervous too. but he'll be fine!
Rebecca- stay with your workout. i'm so proud of you!


Ok so I had the same day as Brooke yesterday. nothing got done and i was super grouchy with dh! hugs to him for putting up with me!

here my list....

1.ds, up, dressed, breakfast, bus
2.prep supper.
3.work. - another long day i guess!
4.try to print some pics.
5.one load of mt. washmore
6.figure out some bills.
7.dep $ into credit union
8. send bday card out
9. call and reschedule mom's dr appt. -they called last night and left a message.
10.check on mom. she's been sick since friday when we left.

ok that's enough to start my day. hopefully i can cross something off the list.

I'm caffeinating as I type Wish I had an IV sometimes. I'm off today. Morgan's on vacation, so we're going to the movies. I had reserved the pass for the Museum of Science, but I am so not into trekking into Beantown in the rain...So, we'll do the movies (Free Popcorn Tuesday!). She has chosen Hannah Montana, so we'll go to the first show at 11:15.

Good Morning- Thanks for all the encouragement. I have already done my first biking of the day.

Today:
exercise bike- 3 times- 1 done
walk puppy around the yard- 3 times- 1 done (about 1/5 of a mile but I am not walking at the park again until tomorrow)
work on swaps- finishing a seasame street one and working on the atc and sports ones
fold and put away laundry
work on scrap area and getting everything back to it

Late morning as I went back to bed after I got the kids off because I was still exhausted.. I think standing out in the rain showers for a track meet does it to you and the fact that I get to do it for soccer again tonight...

I just finished walk adn bike number 2. I have a book I only read while on the bike and got into and forgot about the time and ending up doing 11 minutes instead of 5.

Morgan and I are back from the movies. It was cute. I'm a big sap and cried (at least twice). Morgan's got ice in her veins I think.

It's rainy and wet here, working on my sports swap (almost done with one group).

Dayshift is working out really well...but I feel like a newbie all over again, everything is different. I was 25yrs on evening shift, so days is a whole new thing...but I'm trying hard to get it, and I think the work flow is actually easier than any other shift...just seems to be more of it...and more people, which I'm still not used to. And I keep telling everyone, this old mommy has a learning curve, that sometimes has a bit of a dip in the center, but I'll get it...
