DH and DS will be gone most of the day so I'm going to do a few things around here and then work on some swaps and stitch a bit too. Sounds like a good day to me!!!!

Let's see
laundry for sure I'm being over run again and we're in the time of year the boys wear at least 2 pairs of pants cause of mud.
boys to empty and reload dishwasher
need to run and get more meds for mama cows eye.
vac and mop to get at least one layer of mud up (mud season )
L has a friend coming about 10
take pics of boys tapping and doing their little sugarbush for the farm FB page
lunch????? gotta figure out what this kid eats he's not one we've had over before.

I'm hanging around doing laundry and house cleaning. I'm hoping to work on my swap today. Dh just called and said they are having the time of their lives. Of all the places to sleep at the museum last night bubba picked the room that's all scientist. Figures!!! I can't wait to hear all about it when the get home.

Oh Holly he must be having a blast. guess I missed you saying he was going. Our cub scout group was going to do this and never did, they did to battleship cove though and the boys LOVED sleeping on the boat.

He is having so much fun. They are doing battleship cove later in the spring. And he will so love that too. He just called and told me all the things he has seen and all the things still on his list.
I told dh to take lots of pics. But you know men!!!! He so won't take as many as I would.

Not much happening here today. Still under the weather, coughing a lung out. Tax appointment at 11. Maybe make some more cards. Meals as usual. I could care less if I eat or not. Sugar is out of whack because I'm sick, I suppose. Fixing breakfast and going back to bed. Happy day y'all.

Slept horrible last night. Woke up (was awoken, I guess I should say) at 5:15 by a little person going downstairs...Uh, no, we said stay in bed until 6:15. MOG, she's got to get back on a better schedule...Anyhow, I had a headache so I got some Advil and "slept" until 7:30. I've had my coffee, now I need to get moving.

Grocery store, hardware store, and dance today.

I'm doing pretty well staying on points, but this is only day 5

Can't wait to hear about Bubba's fun time!

Yesterday was an all day shopping spree. Didn't get my full 20 minutes of exercise in.

I will be making up for it today. More basement stuff to haul out the barn. Maybe take the dogs for a walk by the spillway today.

Holly, I wish we could do something like what Bubba is. It sounds like so much fun.

I went out with my brother and his girlfriend to Alice in Wonderland last night- it was good but not what I expected- I am not sure what I expected but it was different. It was good and much more child friendly than I expected.

It is the Boston museum of science. When my dh called he said they were up late last night. They went with the cub scouts. He did say that there was cub scouts and girl scouts from all over the place. Not just their pack.

And for those who know that bubba loves ( and I'm not sure how to spell it) archamedes -maybe- they have a big screw that he invented there and dh said the smile on his face when he saw that made the whole trip worth it!!!!!

Well, get him to stand Bubba in front of the screw! At least get a picture of that.

How fun. I was trying to talk my girl scout troop co-leaders into doing an over night at RW Zoo. How much fun would that be? Snore and Roar it's called and you get a night time tour of the zoo! And, we get to sleep inside. None of that "camping" stuff. I'm far too delicate for that!

Good morning!! Meant to get up early this morning, but that didn't happen. Battling a little stomach bug, but we are having a BEAUTIFUL weekend, so I intend to enjoy it!!

Holly--hope DS had fun! That sounds like a blast!!

We're taking DS today to get his Easter pics made with the live bunnies. I'm hoping to accomplish that, exercise, changing the sheets, and maybe scrapping some!

Holly, it sounds like Bubba and your DH are having a wonderful adventure with the cub scouts. It'll be something he'll always remember.

DS and DH did a lot of those overnight trips with scouts. As a cub/boy scout, they've camped at the Kennedy Space Center, on the Yorktown up in Charleston, on the baseball field for the local minor league team and when there was an indoor football team, they camped indoors at that arena. For both of those they got to see the game, meet players, get autographs, and then camp. Lots of good times!

Vacuumed and mopped
gonna start a load of laundry
then head up to school and meet cousins for a little soccer/romp time
DD does not want to ride today
DH took rifle and headed off -
Hit the Mommy wall yesterday - not in a nice place - gotta figure out how to deal with this differently - its obviously not working
Gonna need to do a Target/grocery run this weekend
finish MK swap!!

Sounds like some great fun is being had out there! Can't wait to see some pics!!

Joyah- I think if you post a link to your farm's facebook page here- in answer to questions that should be fine- you can't link to it in your signature but simply posting where to find pictures of what has been going on should be fine- again if you were doing it daily or it was your main purpose in joining it would be different.
