I was invited to go to a banquet where my teacher will be getting an award, Lou was invited and is going as well. And then because we accepted for that, the teacher invited us to be in the Saint Patrick's Day parade - and we said yes. So that will be really cool, we're going to be on a Duck Boat in the parade!

Lou was like "Hey, you should bring your camera so you can scrap it.."
"Already thought of that, but thanks for thinking of it!"

Already thought of it, already planning the paper I'm using.... haha. But it's scary that he thought of it too... I think he's coming over to the dark side.

Debbie - congrats on booking a cruise!! It is such a great feeling!! So Exciting!!

That was me booking the cruise. I'M EXCITED!! It's been several years since we have planned a cruise!

DH wanted to do a 7day but I don't think I'll have enough vacation time after the summer and the food and wine in Oct. So, I told him a 4 day in Feb on the Disney Dream would work, and he jumped! I have to put in the vacation time, and see which date is available from work, but most people don't do anything in Feb where I am, so I should be fine getting the dates I want.

This all started when I saw that DVC was having a Member Cruise in the fall, and I mentioned it. His eyes got all stary, and he started grinning, but said he didn't want the fall, he wanted February, and I said...OK!!!

Good morning, everyone! YIPPEEEEEE for Thursday!

Deb--you're going to have a blast on the cruise!!

Here's my list for today:

1. Up
2. Caffeinate
3. Shower & get ready
4. Devotional

5. Move pics from cameras to computer
6. Get purse for mom
7. Wipe down DH's bathroom

8. Cut Easter pics for family
9. DS's stuff together
10. DS up
11. DS to mom's

12. Work--more lists AND pre-registration
13. Tan
14. Pick up DS
15. Wash/fold/put away laundry--not much left to do

16. Hang up handwashable load
17. Pack for cabin
18. 30 min exercise
19. Dinner--baked potatoes

20. Gather some scrappin stuff for this weekend
21. P365 2010 pic
22. Gather coupons for this weekend
23. Watch DVR'd show
24. Go to sleep sort of early!!

I hope everyone has an AWESOME Thursday!! :yay:

PBF & ZTH, I hope all goes well with the pup's surgery. Lots of  and :wizard:.

ZTH, that's pretty cool that Lou wanted you to bring the camera to scrap the parade. My DH and DS are excited when I forget the camera!!!:lmao:

Debbie, congratulations on the cruise!!!!

Well, instead of scrapping yesterday, I started putting away a box of swap pieces that's been growing. I have way too many swap things so I went through all the photos that I have printed and are waiting to be scrapped and have matched them up with swap pieces and pages. Now, I have no excuse, but to start using this stuff rather than hoarding it!

My list:
Make sure DH takes SIL's birthday present with him this morning
DS up and off to school
Exercise
Make lunch to take to work with me
Wash & dry a load of towels
Clean up my disaster area on the dining room table (that's where I usually use my laptop)
Open MK swap boxes that have arrived in the last couple of days and check those pieces in
Work - hopefully I don't have to be the store greeter today. I've had to do it the last 2 times I've worked. It's not so bad when there are lots of people coming in, but when it's slow it's soooooooo boring to just stand there for 2 hours.
Dinner - ??

Have a wonderful day everyone!

Pixie Dust for the Puppy.

Kiddos up.
Eldest out.
Little Bit to dentist.
Little Bit to school.

Hope all goes well with your puppy!

Good luck to Oreo at the doctor! I'll be thinking of him.

I've got my list going and I'm working on it slowly today. No plans to leave the house at all ;)

Danica, seriously, the St. Patrick's Day Parade? Be sure to wear a rain slicker and watch out for peeps who have had too much to drink. What a fun thing to do though, especially in the Duck Boat!

I hope everyone has a great day!

Oooh, I went over 5000!

Honestly, by the time I read this whole thread, my brain is a wordle! Only two things have emerged from the cloud.

Puppy's having surgery. My fingers are crossed for him, and the peace of mind for his people.

Somebody is in the St. Paddy's day parade! WOO HOO!

Pool and gym done.
put away cards and stuff from last night
pack for tomorrow nights 'crop'
make a list for the Cape Cod Crop
chicken for dinner.

Oh, and who ever it is needs a mammo appointment DO IT!!!!

Happy Day, all!

And HERE is a link to today's daily grind wordle http://www.wordle.net/show/wrdl/1770205/DIS_Creative_community_daily_grind_wordle

Oh yes!! Pixie Dust for Oreo!!

I hope the surgery goes well.

OK gotta get this mess picked up!! I think I left my cell phone in DHs car last night during my late night run to Michaels.:lmao: dangit. The missing letter story continues.:rotfl:

Have to coordinate lunch date via FB.

Everyone have a great day!!

Thanks for the good wishes for Oreo, everyone. I'll let you know more as I hear back.

Took him in to the vet and the front desk women were "Oooooo, look how much that lump has grown since you were in last week..." :sad1: He was really puzzled this morning why there was no food or water out for him...poor guy.

After that, Z2H and I rushed to ACM and Mike's - before her class. I needed ONE more piece of the *right* blue paper to finish my Liberty Square MK swap (how did I miscount?). Of course, had to buy a whole Bazzill stack (at 25% off at least) to get a close color - groan...for one stinkin' sheet. BUT I GOT A MARTHA CUPCAKE EDGE PUNCH FOR A PENNY! (only one in the store - I was stunned when I "booped" it - expecting to see $1.59 clearance and saw ".01 cent!") It was right there among all the other spring edge/corner punches.

The scrappy karma fairy must like me today...hopefully, the doggy karma one will too!

Apparently, the surgery is over, but the dog is still very groggy and not ready to come home. They want me to call again in a few hours to see if he's awake then. No word on how things went...:confused3. I suppose/hope they would have told me if there were problems...?

I suppose no news is good news...I hope that's the case! Give him lots of extra love from his Dis-Aunties when you see him!

I laughed when I saw "bohookus" on the wordle. Haha.

Oreo is good! He has a huge bald patch on his face, but he's good. :) I wish I was with him right now, but sadly, I'm still with the rat.
