The Daily Grind ~ 2/13/13

Well, that was a short night.. between updates/texts/wishing I was able to be there.... I can almost announce with certainty that my nephew was born early this morning.... I would say with certainty but my mom is on the naughty list because her text said literally "here"... nothing more... don't know that my sister or my nephew are okay no information or photos.. I didn't expect her Dh to update me much because of him taking care of my sister... I did get a call about 4am from BIL that they were taking her in for a c-section and he could tell me why. I knew his hands were full..but so disappointed in my mom.... I hope to find out more today but my best option for information is going to be getting it directly from my sister.... I'm so upset with my mom....

ETA: still irritated but my nephew was born at 4:21am, 6# 15.4oz, 19" BEAUTIFUL boy!!!

I've been busy again this morning and have finished a lot on my list...
So, the rest is:

DS16 off to school for mtg
DS12 to school
balance ckbk
grocery list/shopping list
scrapbook
pick up DS12
await DS16 to get home from work
DS12 to study for test/homework missed yesterday
await call/text/photos something from my Dsis....

Ok, I'm going to get myself going today and I hope everyone has a great day.

I'm at work. Traffic was horrid this morning. I already need a nap. Not feeling 100%, my belly is not very happy right now

Band concert tonight. Will have to tape Survivor! Malcolm's back I hope he sticks around for a while, he's some nice eye candy

Pick up after school? Depending on band lesson...
Need to finish last trip scrapping, pick up & put away until I come back with more pictures to scrap....LOL

Dinner-still no idea, maybe pizza as it is wacky Wednesday & $5.50 for cheese & no meat due to Ash Wednesday?

Congrats on the new nephew Nan - glad he is healthy and I'm sure your sis is just fine

Well, we are have recording breaking temps here today – suppose to get up to 85!!! However, a cold front is to come thru here on Saturday and the high on Sunday is suppose to reach only 65 and will be in the 40’s at night – brrrr!!! Ya, I'm sure those of you in the NE are laughing at me calling 40 degrees as cold.

Just had a few things to do around the house this morning and they are done. Gonna scrap for a bit and then do some yoga.

Reddy, this is how my mom has been acting since Christmas.. Depends on the day which one of us girls she is mad at.
They all know that they can call any time day or night and i will answer the phone/text... they know that I am the level headed one and the one who is always available... I don't sleep light since I had kids... and she was in the room when BIL called me at 4am.... so she knew full well I was up because he gave Sis my message while he was on the phone with me.. it was her just being spiteful... It's okay...
