Ok, today IS THE DAY that the Christmas stuff is coming out of the attic and going up!! It's going to happen! Or at least I hope so. . .

Here's my list for today:

1. Up
2. Caffeinate
3. Fold all laundry before DH & DS get up
4. Empty dishwasher
5. Finish 2 pages I laid out Friday night--done, plus some!
6. DS & DH up
7. DS breakfast
8. Start getting everything down from attic and put out
9. Dust as we go along
10. Wash laundry throughout the day
11. DS lunch
12. Nap for all of us
13. Start a schedule for this week & next--starting to freak out about how close testing week @ work/WDW trip/Christmas actually are!!
14. Take DS to the park for a little while
15. More Christmas!!
16. P365 pic
17. DVR'd show
18. Frozen pizza for dinner!
19. Good night's sleep!

I had DH & DS get the Christmas decorations down from the attic yesterday so today will be decorating day!!!!!!

My day:
Put away shopping from Michaels' T'Day sale
Have DH put together jetmax cubes
Arrange cubes in scrap room
Put up Christmas tree and decorate
Start working on putting the other decorations around the house
Grocery shopping
Watch football game -- GO GATORS!!!!!
Scrap

I need coffee. Bad part about being away without my Keurig!

We're probably going into North Conway for a bit today. Do a little shopping, etc. Our train for the North Pole leaves at 7:00 pm!

We may be switching rooms. I cannot believe how rude the other people in this building were last night. Clomping up the (uncarpeted) stairs at midnight in heels and back down and up again over and over! OMG, I was in the room furthest from the door and I could hear everything! I'm peeved.

1. need to go to town w/ DS13 for new black dress pants... DS9 bumped him and he spilt ketchup on them, they stained.. errgggh! Needs them for games and choir (only 2 more concerts)..
2. Christmas decorations going up late tonight/tomorrow (we are scaling back on the outside this year because I don't want to run down the street retrieving my stuff this year and DH "forgot" to get the stuff to fix them and anchor them down.. so forget it!

Today we ran some errands; check on wood we need to collect, dropped off road race posters to the owners, exchange bath sheet towels with hand towels at Home Goods, pick up a few Christmas gifts on the way out the door. Went to the Stonewall Kitchen outlet, paid bills, oh yeah, and chistled away at the never ending Mt. Washmore.

My furniture came today. I put it together, put it in the room and it looks AWESOME!!! It's better than I imagined. And what I've put away so far fits perfectly. I'm going to spend the rest of the evening putting everything where it should go, and I hope I don't run out of room before I run out of stuff that needs a home.

I'll take pics as soon as it's done.

Are you doing the children's sermon, Rebecca? How great!

I do it regularly- I am in the rotation- although I had purposely not put anyone into the advent rotation so I could do something special but last week I found out our choir director hadn't bothered to talk with Larry or I before scheduling the children's musical over the next 2 weeks for instead. I really wish we could sing some Christmas music but I guess the choir gets to sing instead of us.
