The Daily Grind ~ 1/5/15

Christmas break is over...time to get back into a routine!

Prayers and to all in need.

Those of you in the path of this incoming weather stay safe and warm!

We are having to send PJ back this afternoon because of incoming weather. She is mad, upset but she and Dad watched the weather together, discussed and finally after much debate agreed leaving early was best for her, the car, and everyone's sanity. I'll miss my girl..but her life is much more important...

Today's agenda:

make lunch for B
once over house
start going through Christmas 2014 Disney photos and start uploading for ordering next week (free prints to use)
DS14 up for return to school
write out his schedule for safety measures (I think only 1 class changes)
clean bathroom
get DD up to see DS14 off to school
edit DS14's science fair paper; write up suggestions for information to add (he needs to research and add correctly)
help DD pack up her car; spend as much time as I can with her
send DD on her way (will report in every hour - she is leaving well before the weather is expected to hit)
scrap -- finish kitting MK 2010 (I though I had pages done; uh-- only 1)
scrap -- school photos (2014) will be done tonight
pick up DS14
homework
dinner
movie with the boys (?)
watch weather updates (we take DS18 back to college this weekend)

Nan - sorry PJ has to go back so soon . You guys stay safe and warm, I saw on the news this morning and how cold its suppose to get up north - brrrrr!

Water plants
Finish laundry
Vacuum & Vacuum stairs
Wipe down upstairs bathrooms and mop floor
Empty house trash cans
Sweep upstairs balcony
Sweep garage
Gather up tax paperwork
Scrap a couple pages
Parmesan chicken and salad for dinner

Megan up and out - a bit early, she has to stop by office to get elevator key checked out - way to many stairs for her to do in her boot
finish putting a couple things away.

home for bit

I'm late checking in today - it's Monday and should be the return to normal -
however for our area school is cancelled! I don't have school kids so it doesn't really affect me.

PrincessNancy96 - P&PD for DD going back to school!
Poppins2000 - it is cold here - temp of -3 without the wind chill!
mommy2mrb - lazy days are the best! Good luck to DD and her boot!

today:
had coffee with Dsil
town for a few groceries
stopped at hospital to visit favorite aunt(had to wear a mask because of flu going around)
vacuumed thru - our new dog attacks the vacuum while i'm running it!
laundry going
supper - chicken and ??

Part of my decluttering is getting in the habit of a daily to do list so that is one of the reasons I am back. I need to get my list down every day

Mail birthdays cards which did not happen. To cold to walk to the PO today.

Dinner
Declutter
Put clothes away
Clean kitchen



All needs to be done after work.
