The crowds at Disney Springs for December 20th and 21st

Still not sure if we are going to make our trip in December for a few nights, but we will find out next week. But I thought I would ask opinions on the crowds at Disney Springs for the dates of December 20th and 21st. Will it be unbearable, wall to wall people? Would the early morning hours be more manageable?

I have found early morning to be better than evening. If we go over to DS it is in the morning. Shops are not crowded. Especially now that the new World Of Disney store as completed its remodel.

The later in the day, the more crowded it is. I've been twice on Saturday nights and it's wall-to-wall people everywhere after about 6:30 to 7:00 pm, including inside shops. Even crowded, though, I've found it to be manageable if you have a plan and a little patience. But if you want to avoid crowds, I'd suggest going in the morning/early afternoon.
