The crowd question

ok so we're debating on taking kids out of school for a trip (a month or so or fall) or just hitting it during the summer. It's been so long since I've been there I don't remember too much.

How do the midweek crowds during now and fall compare to midweek during summer?

We do take our kids out of school, usually in late January or early Feb for DL. Since the introduction of financing for local AP's, there are crowds pretty much all year unfortunately. But those times seem to be the best.

I have friends who swear by July, because the local passholders are blocked, and they think that is a less crowded time (no offense to AP's). In any case, any day is a good day to visit Disneyland.
