hello!!!!!!!!!!

sorry i had to leave, my mom took the computer, i was gonna go shoot, stephen was riding, i was talkin to heather on the phone, we had a test to study for and on top of all that, i was exhausted from practice!!!!!

i am on varsity!!!!!!! that's why i've been gone, i've put in so much more work and effort..........and now im on varsity!!

Yoga is a wonderful beyond wonderful thing. I recommend it to anyone. My book, Yoga Mind and Body, is really wonderful. I haven't started my asanas yet(the exercises) because I'm still reading everything. My mom won't let my become a vegetarian because she doesn't want me making separate meals for myself...I guess I'll have to wait till college to become a complete and whole yogi(someone who does yoga...believe me, I've gotten grilled about this one from my family, "Yeah, you and YOGI bear...hahahahaha" I don't find them funny)


My track coaches have brainwashed me....it's bad that I'm stuck with these weirdos 3/4 of the year....

cool! ilove doing yoga! i jsut wish there was somewhere around here that had classes

i dont think i could every become a vegitarian ... im too passionate about all food

It's really easy to just learn from a book. If I do have a problem, I'm sure I could just as 2 of my 3 coaches...they're both pretty into yoga.

It really wouldn't be hard for me to be a vegitarian because I don't really like the way meat tastes, for the exception of chicken. I could never be a vegan though!! I love milk too much!!

ok ...my face is ok...but i gained wayyy too much lol its awful but im being completely honest....i would never show a picture ...exept for the one on the tagliarchy, but that wasw because i was in a giving mood.... i never let people take my picture because every single one comes out horrible, and i really don't understand why, its like a curse..

Thanks! I think that was a good picture...my hair looked semi-good in that picture....my hair is horrible! And sometimes I wish I wasn't so skinny...sometimes clothes look TERRIBLE on me...


I need to stop saying wicked too! I say it way too much!! How you don't hear you're cool and nice more, I don't know! Obviously the people you know are just to jealous to admit ihow much cooler and nicer you are than them!


We have our championship meet in track a week from Wednesday...I'm sooo nervous! Then I only have a little of two weeks off before my summer track league starts...I love going right from one sport to another!

i used to go from summer soccer to travel fall soccer but i dont do it anymore....and then like soccer to cheerleading (never again!) and cheerleading to softball...

Haven't seen Mean Girls yet, one of my best friends saw it a couple weekends ago and didn't like it, so I never made plans to see it...went and saw Shrek 2 instead Hilarious!


I've been good. My meet got changed to Thursday, which is awesome because it is actually supposed to be nice! And my grandparents are coming down from Cape Cod for the weekend, and will be able to see me run! I'm getting so excited/nervous...and sad because the season is almost over. AND, my favorite coach may not coach again next year...I'll never see him again Oh well...!


How have you been Emily? Hopefully good...enjoying vacation? And almost going to WDW?! I'm jealous now!!


Depply, wicked is definatly a NE thing...my cousin makes fun of me every time I say it...she's from Maryland and HAS to critique the way I talk . Oh well, I get her back by making comments about her height....oh I'm so mean to short people haha.


I'm still trying to get over to Wal*Mart to buy LOTR....need some other stuff too. Still waiting to get my scrapbook for everything from my Florida trip....you should see how much stuff I have!
