Daniel: Daniel nodded. Then he flashed a grin at her and joked, "This might be a Herculean act. Do I get a kiss for luck?"

River: River blushed again "of course" She said standing on her tip toes and kissing Daniel lightly.

River: River smiled again. She looked up seeing Toby and wondered when Daniel was going to talk to him, she didn't say anything though. She was sure Daniel didn't forget, and would talk to him soon.

Alex: Alex nodded her head before walking out. "Alright, as long as your okay. I think I might go outside for free period, what're you gonna do? Wanna hang out?" She asked before noticing River looking at Toby. Tilting her head curiously she said," I think River is coming over."

River: River blushed again "of course" She said standing on her tip toes and kissing Daniel lightly.

Alex: Alex nodded her head before walking out. "Alright, as long as your okay. I think I might go outside for free period, what're you gonna do? Wanna hang out?" She asked before noticing River looking at Toby. Tilting her head curiously she said," I think River is coming over."

Daniel: Daniel kissed his girlfriend back lightly, then he grinned like crazy. Reluctantly, he made himself step away and walked over to Alex and Toby. He decided to get him talking and take the casual approach. "Hey Alex, Hey Toby, how are you doing?"

Max: Max strolled casually over to River, she could have gone to talk to Jack or Alex but they were standing too close to Toby. "Hey River! Don't you think my hair looks amazing like this?"

Alex: Alex nodded her head before walking out. "Alright, as long as your okay. I think I might go outside for free period, what're you gonna do? Wanna hang out?" She asked before noticing River looking at Toby. Tilting her head curiously she said," I think River is coming over."

Toby: Toby looked over at River and Daniel "I'll catch up to you" he said to Alex.

Alex: Alex looked at Toby curiously before Daniel walked up and she turned to him. She smiled at him before answering,"I'm good thanks, how about you?"

Daniel: Daniel kissed his girlfriend back lightly, then he grinned like crazy. Reluctantly, he made himself step away and walked over to Alex and Toby. He decided to get him talking and take the casual approach. "Hey Alex, Hey Toby, how are you doing?"

Max: Max strolled casually over to River, she could have gone to talk to Jack or Alex but they were standing too close to Toby. "Hey River! Don't you think my hair looks amazing like this?"

Toby: Toby looked at Daniel and smiled, his approach was weird but he didn't know anything about Max. So he didn't dwell on it. "I'm good" he said, "glad history is over."

River: River smiled and laughed slightly "yeah, I like it."

River: River's smile fell "I don't think Toby hates you" she said concerned that Max felt this way. She added "if you want, but I think I like your natural hair better" she said honestly. She had always been a little envious of Max's curly hair.

Toby: Toby smiled "yeah, I'm excited. It sounds amazing" he said.

Alex: Alex grinned and nodded her head happily. "I'm really excited! I've never been on a real vacation so its going to be really fun for sure. I agree with you, I think all of us together is always cool, especially at Disney since we can ride rides and stuff together," She slightly babbled on too excited about the trip.

He realized that was a little awkward and smiled bashfully. Then he coughed a little and asked, "Toby? Could I maybe speak to you alone?" Glancing at Alex, he added, "No offense."

"you have got to be kidding me" he said under his breath, he knew exactly what this was about. So now not only did Daniel know. But this whole conversation had just been leading up to this. Clearly annoyed he said "yeah, sure."

Max: Max shook her head. She liked River, but she didn't agree with her. "No, he hates me. Haven't you seen they way he glares at me? I mean, even you have your disapproving looks, and those I can deal with, but there's hatred in Toby's glares."

Daniel: "Look, I bet you probably already know what this is about, but if you don't interrupt me it'll be over a lot more quickly. Look, I know you know about Max. As for me, River told me. You honestly thought we'd keep secrets from each other. I'm in love with the girl man. Of course, Max probably approved it. But that's not important. River is my girlfriend, and Max is her roommate and good if not best friend, which makes Max like my little sister in my book. And I'm telling you, just like Max and River told you, that you can't reveal Max's secret. Don't tell her I told you this, but think about it. Max is strong, but considering what she's already done to herself, how long do you think Max would last in the foster care system? I've met foster kids, and I'm telling you, the system breaks everyone. Max is safest where we can keep an eye on her and she can live in relative peace and she doesn't have to wonder where she's sleeping at night. This is bigger than just Max, and it's bigger than whatever dislike you and Max seem to have with each other. It's bigger than all of us. Max wouldn't survive if her secret gets out, we all know it! So you can tell on her, as much as you might want to. This is the best for Max. We can't just fix this, it won't work, it's too complicated. You can't betray her."

He wasn't annoyed that River had told Daniel, it was the same as him telling Alex, he didn't expect her to keep secrets from him. He was annoyed however because when he had finally thought he wasn't going to be approached he was, and by someone he hadn't expected; someone else who had been dragged into this and was pinned on him. He was annoyed because of the amount of people who thought they could just tell him not to tell, and he wouldn't. It was different when it came from his best friend who he knew cared about him, and knew almost everything about him. Once Daniel had finished Toby made a motion with his hand as if saying 'my turn?' then he said firmly, as to not seem weak "I'm not going to tell. I could have told you that before you starting talking, I decided that a while ago" he said not wanting to mention that he had told Alex, and that she was the one who had convinced him. "Max might drive me crazy, she mighty have said some things to me that weren't exactly 'uplifting', but I'm not a bad person. I don't hate. And I not going to mess up someone's life out of spite" he wondered if this was why people thought he might tell. Even when he was going to, he was still trying to help. He would never try to hurt someone like that. He added "you can go ahead and tell River and Max that if you want."

Jack: Jack walked out of the classroom later than everyone else since he dropped his bag, letting all the contents fall out. He looked around and saw familiar blonde hair walking away from him so he sprinted after her calling out,"Wait up Alex!"

Alex: Alex smiled as she turned and Jack ran up beside her. "Well hello sleeping beauty, have a nice nap in history?" She teased with a smile.

Jack: "It was fantastic " Jack said sarcastically before both he and Alex started walking again. " So where is your big protective brother? Usually you two are inseparable," He pointed out.

Alex: Alex shrugged," Him and Daniel are talking about something. Probably nothing special."

Diamond:She walked out the classroom and observed the students around her. They all looked older than her somewhat, but she was not intimidated. On the streets lots of kids had been older than her. Diamond wondered if she should talk to someone, or even make a friend, but was to unsure of herself to make the move.

Alex: Alex noticed the new girl and frowned, she had seen her in class but she didn't talk to anyone. Turning to Jack she asked," Do you know the new girl yet? She looks a little younger than us."

Jack: Jack shrugged not bothering to look. "I don't talk to any of the new kids," He said simply making Alex roll her eyes but grab his wrist.

Alex: "Well now you are," Alex retorted while walking towards Diamond.

Toby: Toby nodded "yeah, it's alright, I'm sorry for..." he paused "sorry" he said. He was sorry for his attitude. It wasn't Daniel fault. He walked out of the school looking for Alex. seeing her with Jack he considered leaving them alone. But he wasn't sure where else to go. When they walked up to Diamond he joined them.

River: When Daniel walked back over to her she said "any luck?" she didn't sound hopeful.
