I got the 11oz size cookie and it says
Total Carbs 12
Fiber 4.3
sugar alcohols 6.4
Net effective carbs 1.7
So I was just adding 2 grams of carbs to round it off. Am I looking at the right line to add into my 20 grams a day?
If it's just 2 carbs I would say they are good enough to have when you feel like a cookie. They almost taste like the real thing. I just got a few to try when I was ordering the carbolite chocolate bars. I just love my sweets, between the chocolate and the cookie they save me from cheating.
