The cast of characters:
Me - Lizdotcom99, the Disney fanatic, planner and tour guide for the trip.,
Greg - the "movie star" lead supporting actor.
Alone at last...no one to meet and nothing to do...OK not quite nothing to do, we just get to do what we want to do without the big heard in tow. Don't get me wrong, it was nice to see my family, but it is also very nice to spend the rest of my vacation with my movie star. First stop MGM get happy birthday'd to death, get sung to and a birthday card from the CM's of GMR. ( I really do like this bdayy thing)! That was very cool. We must ride RnR and ToT and play WWTBAM. I ended up being number 4. Then off to Sci-Fi for lunch. THis was a cool place, but I must say Prime Time is still my very favorite! Off to Epcot, this place is getting really crowded.... So I know you are all wondering where does this movie star thing come in.....Today was the Epcot day as we have a PS for Rose and Crown at 7:45 p.m. and are hoping to get ourdoor seating..but wait Specrtro is Greg's favorite and that start at 6:00. We have always been successful in getting our outdoor table by making a request early in the day...so off we go to Rose and Crown. I decide that today is the day I will celebrate my birthday (it is really in March and we will NEVER go during that time) and wear my birthday button. We put our request in for the table and let them know that we will be watching Spectro and then running here for our ressie. We decide it is time to take a little break and end up at a little consession stand when some lady from New Jersey asks Greg if he is a movie star??????!!!!!!?????? I about die of laughter only to hear him reply that he gets asked that a lot!!!!! Now I am crying I am laughing so hard and almost peeing my pants.......I was then told by Greg himself that he is asked that question quite frequently.....( I guess you should understand that Greg is fairly level headed and does not gloat even when he is deserving and should so this was a real shocker for me). I let him relish the whole movie star thing and even addressed him as my movie star every now and again throughout the trip. It was great fun to see him having such a great time. Next off to MK to get a haircut and a good spot for Spectro. No sooner than we had gotten to MK it started to really rain. We got wet, got a hair cut and had a great spot for Spectro and the rain finally went away. We had our plan to make a run for it close to the end of Spectro so that we would make it early for our ressie in hopes of getting a good table. We made it back by 7:15 and requested a table on the patio.... NO lUCK...so we opted to eat elsewhere. By this time I have lsot the will to walk one step further. I am in dire pain and we have only made it to France. But alas there is a table vacant with chairs and I park my butt there and tell Greg I am not moving any farther. The "movie star" being the great guy that he is goes to get us some dinner as at this point we are both starved. He finds counter service that is acceptable to both of us all the way in Mexico and brings back 2 combo plates and nachos. We enjopy our dinner at our little table in France and finish eating just as Illuminations begins. What a great palce to watch Illuminations and all of the other events that take place so near such as the living statues and the other live entertainment. After Illuminations we hobble back to the boat and up to the room. On the way back to the room Greg reminds me taht if I were to walk any slower, we would be stopped. I laughand try not to cry as these Jersey blisters are really starting to take there toll. We get back to the room, look at the blisters and decide maybe we ought to take a break from the parks for tomorrow....so it is decided that we will go shopping for a house and to the outlet mall. No wakeup calls, no PS ressies, we are just going to take things as they come. Sleep comes easy and tomorrow is another day.
