The Best way to get tickets as gifts???

What would be the best way to get (order?) tickets to DL as gifts? I'm not in CA....but want to get/give/send or have sent tickets to my daughter as a gift...what is the best way to buy/purchase them? They're military, so I believe they get a discount...but since I'd be purchasing the tickets .. how would I get this done? Is it possible or do I need to just purchase regular tickets? I'm so confused and need some help. thanks - Barb

Check out this web site www.arestravel.com. They have discounted Park Hopper tickets and I think will ship to places other than to the person buying them....I believe you could also order them from the www.disneyland.com web site and do the same. Or you could order then, have them sent to you and then mail them in a nice card to your family as gifts!
